Worst place. I don’t recommend it anymore. We ordered food from this restaurant via zomato. After waiting for 45 mins the restaurant manager called me and mentioned one of my dishes from the placed order is not available. He offered me something else in replacement but was not compromising on what I wanted as a replacement. He asked me to cancel my order through zomato. I was on a call with him and about to tell him what i wanted for replacement where he hung up on me. I felt it was disrespectful towards any customer. I tried contacting the restaurant which I couldn’t and received a call back from zomato. I wanted them to solve my problem here as my family was hungry since an hour. They could have immediately called us when we placed the order about the unavailability but they didn’t and we waited like fools. On top of that the restaurant manager was utterly rude towards me. And this isn't the first time it had happened. My family likes the food there but even when we go there and eat the “main guy” just gives bad vibes. He looks at us like he is angry on us or something. I would not recommend this restaurant from now on. Its just such a shame to see they build up these restaurants and hire staff who don’t even have basic human sense.

Very disappointing experience at Jaffer Bhai’s Delhi Darbar, Jogeshwari West. The service here is absolutely pathetic. Despite having a large number of waiters on the floor, no one seems interested in attending to customers. From the moment we were seated, even basic water service was not offered. I had to repeatedly search for a server just to request water and eventually to place the order. What’s worse is that the quality of food has also gone downhill, which makes the poor service even more frustrating. When you visit a well-known restaurant, you at least expect basic hospitality and decent food — neither was delivered here. The management and owner seriously need to step in and address both the service standards and food quality, because right now the experience is completely unacceptable. Definitely not a place I would recommend until they fix these issues.

have always heard good reviews about this place but this time it was damn disappointing. vegeterian food was below average...paneer was more like rubber, classic paneer tikka was not even chewable. we wanted a spicy Veg sabji, we asked waiter n he suggested something really opposite of what we wanted to o have... the service was very slow inspite of having lesser crowd, we waited for literally 45 mins for our appetizer. the food is pretty expensive which is not an issue but the taste, quality n sevice left me disappointed, not keen on going to this place anymore. vegetarian people can definitely give a skip as food is not up to the mark...

I have scheduled my order 2 hrs ago with two items, later after 1.5hrs I got a call from restaurant saying one item is not available now, kindly take this alternative which is not fair or kindly cancel the order, and zomato CS didn’t supported too. Restaurant taste is good but service is worst. Thankyou

The quality has degraded. They didn't have basic items like Masala Papad. The waiter told us that out of 500 items on the menu, only 250 are available. Very odd. Why are they Even running a restaurant? Disinterested staff. Disappointed with the food too.

we have been to jaffer bhai restaurant with my son before Eid, thinking we will get authentic gud mutton biryani but it was pathetic, no taste of biryani masala, plain white rice. disappointed as per the name of jafferbhai.

we ordered chicken korma with butter naan. 1. it had some kind of oil which froze even in normal AC. 2. chicken was over boiled and over cooked. overall a very bad experience especially for the price charged.

half of the restaurant was empty and still they made us wait for 25 mns and then post entering another 45 mns...spoiling the brand name.

Had ordered mutton biryani but it was a disgrace as it felt I was having steamed rice with 2pcs mutton pieces Nothing like biryani

Really the Biryani King ? I highly doubt. It was amongst the worst of Biryanis I ever had.
