Worst service by the lady who sits there she is very rude if she cannot run the restaurant she should shut down we went to take parcel, she gave us the wrong order, we went home and realised it, we had to go again and tell them it was not our order and this fair gujarti lady was shouting at us even when it was her fault and she was the one who handed us the wrong order this place should really shut down because of their worst to worst hospitality coming to the food, located in a gujrati area, this restaurant gives one of the worst gujrati food ever, roti was hard, potato was way too spicy and quantity is so-so, sev tomato is decent food is 2/10 and hospitality is -1000/10 place should shut down or get better service people the lady at the counter cannot run the place, only talks on the phone with someone and rudely takes orders

Best food and waiters. But worst manager and guys who sit at outside counter. they don't have sense to talk or behave. attitude is so bad. serving only specific people and even after calling the manager didn't come. infact they started blaming us. my sister and another customer went to complain as no one was coming to take order and easily he said go to another. even the rekdi wale stalls don't say that. they do a favour by giving us food. we pay for it right?? this place will shut down because of their behaviour. the old uncle who used to run was the best and was so welcoming and tcare of each n every customer. the guys who are outside are worst.nevet seen such attitude with any other restaurants. instad of saying sorry they shake hand and tell to go as if customers are beggars and come to eat for free.

To my detest, dining at this restaurant has been one of the most terrible experiences I have had lately. To begin with, the lady/owner is extremely rude and arrogant. She possesses zero hospitality skills. The taste of the food is not the only aspect perhaps behaviour of the person serving you matters a lot that compliments the entire dining experience, however basic manners are amiss when it comes to this lady. The staff is clueless and indifferent. Insofar as hygiene is concerned, the restaurant lacks basic cleanliness. The salt shaker and pickle containers were kept in a filthy manner. Thankyou for the horrible dining experience

the owner is so rude, they took more than 90 minutes to prepare 15 roti and 1 running vegetable. if they are not able to deliver on time they should not list their restaurant online. the delivery person waited over there 30 minutes and the restaurant rudely said we don't know how much time will take, this shows how much respect you are showing towards the person who helps you for your business and your customers.

The owner who is this lady is the worst person you'll ever meet she behaves as if she is doing a favor to the people by giving them food she messed up our order and started shouting at us I'd recommend going somewhere else like delicacy which is next to this place the service is so bad it took the excitement out of eating food

I ordered 3 Jain Thali. Order delivered fast but good quality was pathetic. Mutter paneer was steal and smelly . We received only kadhi and didn’t received dal.
