I wanted to say a big, 'Thank you' as the cake was amazing! Enjoyed by everybody and it tasted absolutely delicious. Everyone was impressed by it. And as I wanted it you delivered exactly the same as per the image I sent you and it was delivered before the time. Thank you 👍

I usually do not order from places that I have never before tried but this time since they hype themselves up so much (cake experts, apparently), I gave it a try. My order was: - Sugar donut (Trust me, they do not know what a sugar donut is. The donut had something on top that looked like some sort of cream but hard to make out since most of it was smeared on the top of the lid. It had huge crystals of sugar on it. One bite and I was done. It was w total waste.) - Chocolate donut (The donut was definitely stale. Compared to how much it costs, I was expecting some more chocolate it and not a thin layer, whatsoever. - Fruit cake (This was the worst. The toppings - little thin slice of pineapple, I guess and something that looked like broccoli. The toppings has slide down to the corner. It was pathetic. There are better bakeries out there that will provide better quality food at a much reasonable price. If you are someone who prefers quality food over price then this is definitely not the place for you as I ended up throwing away most of it.

A very bad experience with jaden and staff.pathetic coordination.I had my daughter's birthday and the cake needs to be delivered.The staff directly denied we don't have staff to delivery.Such a brand cake shop don't have delivery for a premium cake order.Not acceptable.As promised at 7 needs to deliver but now till 8 the cake hasn't came to the outlet only.javed The branch manager giving excuse of electricity but not informed to a customer so that they can arrange something else.The manager doesn't know how to talk with a customer.Having gutka in the mouth and speaking to the customer.No Hygienic maintained being a outlet incharge.I had my cake cutting at 8 pm.My image has been down by Jaden and Jaden people.This is so embarassing.Jaden management u need to either shit the place or keep trained staff.Will never go back to take cake from Jaden.Very bad and worst experience.even all my friends will not go.My whole daughter's party get spoiled by Jaden and staff

I ordered a lotus biscoff cheesecake today and was so disappointed with the cake as it was not fresh and harder. please improve the service as u r a we'll known brand. Wish the team all the very best.
