"HELLO REAL TIME FOODIE HERE" "JIVALA" This place is Specially known for it's Maharashtrain cuisine served along with there unique flavour of spices to give tempting looks to the dish. This restaurant is run by a Maharashtrain family and they have authentic or we can say typical Maharashtrain meal for the customers. They also serve mix of other cuisines too. Ambience is also good ,they have comfortable seating for around 15 people at a time along with songs for entertainment and great service by staff. I tried out few dishes at the outlet ,which just blown my mind off!!! Drumstick soup:⭐⭐⭐⭐ I tried this soup for the time and i was truly Satisfied with taste , quantity and quality of this soup. Highly appreciated ✌️ Kothmirwadi : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was different from others. More coriander less besan. Super crispy and delicious. Aluwadi:⭐⭐⭐⭐ This dish is similar to Kothmirwadi ,But tastes different and very good. Dadpe poha:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I get to know that ,thera are lots of variety in poha too. And this dish just blown my mind off..truly amazing guys!!!. Sabudana khichdi : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely eat such khichdi ,but this one was absolutely on the point dish of this outlet. ✌️👍 Chicken ticket fry :⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is mainly a gavran chicken serve in Maharashtrain region Specially known for it's spicy taste and quality. Flavors were perfectly mixed and very tempting and mouth watering.☺️✌️ Chicken handi:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great quantity man!!!! The taste was fabulous and huge chicken pieces along with spicy gravy just refresh your mind . Highly recommended ✌️ Breads like jowri bhakri and rice bhakri was serve along with this main course dishes to have a perfect meal of the day. The breads were really soft and taste was also good. Chicken biryani:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The main item of this restaurant ,i was waiting for is this 'Chicken Biryani'. What a great amount of quantity they served yaar , huge pieces of chicken along with the spices in rice just made my day. My all time favorite dish in chicken and you will be truly satisfied and amused too. We tried out some veg dishes also like veg pulav and veg kolhapur ,it was really great to try such dishes out in restaurant which is full of veggie and homely spices af. Kokam sarbat :⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's kind of welcome drink and was wondering how can it be so perfect 😍❤️. Matta :⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taak:⭐⭐⭐⭐ The drink we get at the end of any meal ,just to digest our food and finish it with great essence of Taak. Now a days there is so many ways to get salivating feeling, one of those is online videos showing nice dishes. Today was day of watching Maharashtrian cuisine and misal pav in particular. Google search helped to direct towards Jivala and it was perfect choice. Nice entrance of small eatery with social distancing arrangement of tables made us comfortable for dine in. Our choice was decided misal pav to start with. Mixture of misal was perfect and right in spicy taste. Butter laden pav were vanished in no time by kids and adults. Obviously we ordered for extra pav dish. Murg Tandoori Lollypop was fresh and well cooked again with right spicy taste. Accompanied salad was also fresh. Gajar Halwa was hot and rich in dryfruits. Again finished in no time. Overall good experience, certainly recommended for Maharashtrian cuisine.

Guys must visit... This days we frgt what we have eaten in western restro.. But eating this authentic Maharashtraian food will make you remember for a long time... Food is too good.. Too tasty.. Awesome.. Must visit.. 5 start

From the time they have shifted to new location upvas items are not available like farali misal, farali thalipith, only sabudana khicdi available, being a mahastrian outlet they can keep these items, farali thali which can have various upvas items like other Marathi restaurants.. please focus on Marathi food..

Jivhala is small set-up in Thakur complex and pure veg people in the nearest vicinity can certainly try out this cuisine. Ambience is not great, place is small, food they serve is not bad but also not that great. People who wanted an authentic Maharashtrian food at a pocket friendly price can have a look at the menu. It may be inspiring to selected guest who prefer that menu and not bothered with ambience at all.

For the place it is, I feel the price on most dishes are very high. I understand that they trying to give an indi taste, but still does not justify the pricing since most ingredients are very basic.

The price for Flower Batata Vatana vegetable in this menu card is ₹140 and chapati for ₹10 (I ordered 3 chapatis). I have not ordered the food online through zomato. I have contacted the venue directly and placed my order. The bill should have been ₹170 only. When the food was delivered, I was charged ₹268. They yave charged ₹210 for vegetable and ₹15 per chapati. I have also charged taxes. Why this difference? Ordering online through zomato was more costly. If there is a change in the menu card why is it not updated on zomato? Why such a huge difference? Why such a mismatch?

Horrible food! Look at the photo of the Thai curry. It had a 5mm layer of oil, and we took the photo after pouring it off. The taste was simply unpalatable! If they don't know how to make Thai Curry, why is it there on their menu, even??! Even the simple Maharashtrian dishes like the Pithla and Masala Bhat were way below average!! The food was not worth even one fourth of what it cost. Never going there or ordering from Jivhala again!
