best pizzas .. not the authentic kind but way better than dominos or pizza hut… i love the Tornado pizza .. it’s the absolutely best.. and very filling … value for money … always loaded and cheesy to the best.

Much awaited pizza i had to try & was finally worth it. Tried their double flavor Butter chicken & Keema Do Pyaza Chicken, was totally worth it & value for money. Pizza lovers must visit place.

Incredibly busy place so go there if you can wait a bit to find a place to sit but the place is worth going - their tornado pizza was fabbbbbb made it worth the wait.

Been to Joey’s Pizza quite a few times and here’s my honest take: Be prepared for a wait - there’s almost always a queue, and delivery can easily take 1–1.5 hours. Definitely not a last-minute plan kind of place. Coming to the food: Joey’s serves heavily loaded, indulgent pizzas with generous toppings and comforting flavours. It’s very satisfying if you’re in the mood for something filling and rich. However, this is not your authentic Italian-style pizza. Unlike classic pizzas with a light, smoky crust, balanced toppings, and high-quality olive oil and cheese, Joey’s leans more towards cheesy, slightly greasy, and flavour-forward pizzas that are designed to be indulgent rather than refined. If you enjoy thick, loaded, desi-style pizzas, you’ll love it. But if you’re looking for subtle, well-balanced Italian flavours, this might not be your go-to. ⭐ 4/5 (for indulgent taste), just account for the wait. Prefer the Andheri W outlet. Me, my friend, and my family usually love having pizza from here, but today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered the Vegetarian Feast Cheese Burst, and it did not taste good at all. The cheese tasted off, almost like it was expired, which made the whole pizza unpleasant. I really hope this was just a one-time issue, because normally we enjoy the food here.

It’s honestly frustrating — I used to love their pizza and food, but the hygiene is terrible now. No one cleans, no one seems to care. We end up wiping our own table just to sit down, and the food takes 30–45 minutes to arrive. It’s really annoying at this point.

I had called in a pizza but as times are going by the quality of the pizza has gone far down earlier believed it's a weekend issue but even on a weekday the pizza is shabbily packed as well the food also didn't taste good at all. half cooked probably

Me with my family were finally here in Malad all the way from Thane just to try their pizzas. We went on a regular weekday in afternoon but the overall experience was disgusting. While the pizzas are good and tasty, the service is pathetic! The folks at the counter behave as if they are the landlords of this place and as if we are begging to eat the pizza there! Very arrogant and careless. When the ac place is full, they only have 4 tables outside to sit and rest some chairs for people to sit. Their stupid policy is, either u go inside and order or sit outside and order a "take away" and eat it outside itself. One can't wait for their turn to go inside if you order a takeaway. And nobody told us that you will get a message that the table is available. We thought (as it happens normally in any hotel) that they will call your name once done. These people were so arrogant they be like "itna to samajna hoga aapko ki message aayega to him thodi sabko bulayenge.!" Won't recommend this place at all. Not friendly and rude illiterate staff who don't even have any courtesy. We came all the way from Thane to try this popular pizza, while pizzas are ok, thanekars can get more better in thane itself. Ovenstory pizzas are way to better than this joey pizza. Joeys pizza is just a hype.

AVOID. FOOD POISONING ALERT: Visited the Malad outlet on 21st April (Tues). Both me and my friend ended up facing gut issues after the food for the next two days. The food wasn’t handled well. We faced bad food poisoning, had headaches and diarrhoea. I always visit the Andheri one. First time I visited Malad and they effed up so bad. Avoid visiting.

the pizzas were definitely good in taste but the wait of 2 hrs and 42 mins to get a table and again wait for 40 mins for the order to come is a turn off. will recommend ordering instead of visiting for dining.
