JP Lunch Home in Goregaon East near Railway station is a must-visit for Malvani food enthusiasts. The JP's Thali were a delight with its flavorful fish curry and perfectly cooked fried fish. Fish were so fresh and crispy we loved the crunch. The blockbuster was Solkadi and Moongdal halwa... Oh god nothing could beat the flavours. You have options in breads also (wade,jowar/rice bhakari, chapati) complimentary papad, green chutney, onion & lemon. Service is upto mark, they take time to serve but when food arrives you cannot resist 😉. The Owner comes and greets you and look after your order. Huge lines waiting out 1) Jp Special Fish Thali- 5 varieties of fish were available. Big piece of Surmai rawa fry, Bombil rawa fry, sukha jawala, prawns masala, Pomfret curry, 4 wadas,rice,papad,glass full of solkadi, green chutney, onion and lemon. Rating for food - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2) Special Pomfret Fish Thali - Medium size fried Rawa Pomfret,2 big rice bhakari (optional), rice, curry, chutney, onion lemon Rating for food-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3) Special Prawns Thali - Prawns masala, crispy fried prawns,2 big jowar bhakari(optional), rice,chutney, onion and lemon Rating for food -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4) Solkadi and Moong dal halwa- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5) Prawns Biryani and salan-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, JP Lunch Home impressed us with its authentic Malvani flavors and generous portions. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a satisfying and flavorful meal.

We were exhausted after shopping and craving some good Malwani food. It’s usually hard to find a place that serves authentic and tasty Malwani dishes, but this time, we got lucky! We discovered JP’s Lunch Home in Goregaon East, and it was amazing. For dinner, we ordered the Malwani Prawns Thali, Mangalorean Surmai Thali, and Chicken Thali. Everything was absolutely delicious and so satisfying! The flavors were spot on, and we couldn’t stop raving about the food. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Raju Kaka, who attended to us. He was so humble and made sure we got fresh, hot, and tasty food. A big thanks to him for making our experience even better. If you’re a fan of Malwani food, this place is a must-visit. It’s definitely going to be my go-to spot whenever I’m craving Malwani dishes!

Our 1st time there n it was lip smackingllyy delicious!!!!! Prawns ghee roast was to die for …. My 3 year son loved it soo much he finished it all by himself almost. Malvani surmai curry was too good as well. Tislya masala ( clams ) was another bomber !!! And last but not the least —— infact sabja baap —- crab masala thali —— it was my first timer n i n my wife literally digged into it n enjoyed it like it was our first meal after ages. Super tasty food !! Super duper fresh too !!! Their sol kadi is another level too.

The service was excellent. the food was amazing tasty and fresh. we offered special fish thali which had surmai fry, bombil fry , prawns sukka , suka fish, rice , solkadi, chapati, chatni, fish gravy. we ordered mandeli fry, pomfret fry. Prawns biryani was amazing worth the price and quantity.. definitely recommend everyone.

I have been coming to JP lunch home since 2018 and have never liked any other place better than this. Quality of sea food is excellent, staff is sweet and friendly and prices are also reasonable, highly recommend

Food was great in taste , enjoyed it alot along with family. we had mutton thali, chicken thali , surmai thali and pomfret thali and loved it.

Nice place, Good food, Quick service Special surmai thali. 3/5 Overall nice but the orange curry had more tomato flavour Special Pomfret thali. 3/5 Overall nice the orange curry was more of tomato flavour Prawns sukka thali. 4/5 Delicious and yummy Bombil Fry. 4/5 Nice crisp and fresh and green chutney was amazing We tried wade and they were also nice

The staff's behavior was disappointing — they seemed indifferent to customer needs and the service felt aggressive. The food is overrated, and overall, the experience doesn't justify the cost or time. If you're willing to take a risk, you might try it, but personally, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all.

Was not happy with the food quality at all.. the pomfret tawa fry was smelling and fish was not fresh at all.. the malvani prawn curry was horrible too much spicy masala and flavour and bombil fry was only coating and jus flavour of bombil no meat and it was expensive compared to last time wen we came

We ordered thali in that sonkadi was smelling. We complaint to manager than they said that they are out of stock so they were serving stored one.
