Overall All products are so so delicious.whenever I go to my mom place at goregaon from lokhandwala and always purchase so many snacks and sweets from shop really it's so tasty plz guy do try milk cake and kalakand and kurmura dry snacks awesome and delicious.for Diet it's very good.Try it.

Good variety of sweets and imported chocolates. Staff is also courteous. However gets overcrowded during festive times.

Sweets were nice but price is too high. Modals were so good in taste one can try it at time of ganesh chaturthi.

I wish I could give a lesser rating to this place. Yes, they have variety. Yes, they have a good location. But what they also have are rude staff and expired goods. Majority of the things they store have either expired or will expire within a week, and these are items that you can't finish in a week. Ideally, they should be more responsible and not keep such goods on their shelf. And the moment a customer points it out, the staff just toss it out, without so much as an apology to the customer. Similarly for packed goods like Puris and laddoos, the packaging is done in such a way that the perfect items are seen from the outside, while all the broken items are packed in the middle so that it's not visible to the customer at the time of purchase. And this has happened several times, and I have brought it to their attention, and each time they have shrugged it off saying it's common practice everywhere and not a big deal, without so much as an apology, again. And no, it shouldn't be a common practice, and you need to deliver better goods to your customers. The staff is rude, ill-mannered, slow---they don't bother to make any effort with the customer. Half the time you need to repeat your order, they don't even make eye contact with you when you are speaking to them, and I have overheard them being rude to customers on the phone who have clearly called to place a home delivery order. The billing is slow, as they give preference to their regular customers and make others wait. It's sad to see that people still go back to them even when they offer such poor service, maybe because of the lack of options nearby.
