Need solid improvement. From taking over 35 minutes for dish at grill station , to some sort of raw bok choy presentation at Asian section to extremely stale Portugese buns and no mention of up charge for water being only asked sparkling or still . (Was at Le Meridien and night and day difference and free water 😄

The food was pathetic. 3 stars hotel makes, serves and offers better biryani than JW Marriott. Taste and quality of biryani was pathetic. It was sweet instead of spice also it was not smelling good. Spoiled my mood. Biryani should be fresh and flavourful with rich aroma and long grain basmati rice.

Just pathetic, not a single food was tasty or fresh. Feels like some cheap throwaway food restaurant. Incase someone is at Andheri, go to railway station and have food at platform canteen. I’m sure it tastes better than here.

Had limited veg options for buffet, punjabi sabzi was too oily. Service from waiters was also very slow Previously experience has been good but last time it was not so great.
