I’m not sure why this restaurant consistently disappoints me. Each visit has something wrong, and my most recent experience was no different. The table wasn’t cleaned when we sat down, and despite asking the waiter, it still wasn’t taken care of. We waited a long time just to get a glass of water, and the menu was also delayed. When the dosa finally arrived, it was hard, cold, and clearly undercooked. Once we finished our water, no one came by to refill it. The staff’s attitude seems disinterested, and it feels like they’re just doing the bare minimum. I really hope management takes these issues seriously because, at this point, it's hard to recommend this place anymore.

The food appears undercooked and lacks flavor. Additionally, home deliveries from JB Nagar take 1–2 hours to arrive, despite being from the same location, which is quite disappointing.
