Food was good. We tried Chicken Langda, it was spicy and had a medium textured gravy. Jowar Roti could have been softer. Chana Koliwada was 7/10. Chicken thecha was soft and had a subtle spicy taste. Tiramisu needs more improvement and I think till then they should remove it from the menu. It killed our bday mood. Mocktails are good and ambience makes it worth visiting

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was easily one of the most disappointing and frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor. The staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Simple requests were ignored, and whenever concerns were raised, they were met with indifference rather than professionalism. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the food was no better than the service. Orders took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality was extremely disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor, appeared poorly prepared, and failed to meet even basic expectations. What made the experience truly unacceptable were the serious issues with food handling and quality control. We found a hair in one of the dishes, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. To make matters worse, a dish that was specifically ordered as vegetarian was served with non-vegetarian ingredients. For many people, vegetarianism is not simply a preference but a religious, ethical, or personal commitment. Such a mistake is not minor—it represents a serious failure in attention to detail and customer trust. The most disappointing part was the way these issues were handled. There was little sense of urgency, accountability, or genuine concern from the staff. Rather than taking responsibility and working to resolve the situation, the response felt careless and dismissive. A restaurant should be able to deliver three basic things: good food, respectful service, and confidence that orders are prepared correctly and hygienically. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed in all three areas. Between the rude staff, poor service, disappointing food, hair found in the meal, and the unacceptable mistake of serving non-vegetarian food in a vegetarian dish, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone

Absolutely disappointing experience. The food was average, but what truly ruined the visit was the attitude of the staff and owner(Rajat Patil). Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they seemed more interested in arguing over a tiny Zomato discount amount. Watching a restaurant owner haggle over such a petty issue was both unprofessional and embarrassing. The service was rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic courtesy. Rather than resolving the matter gracefully, the owner chose to make the customer feel unwelcome over a trivial amount that shouldn't even be a point of discussion in a hospitality business. If you wish to have a bad day, please visit this restaurant.

To make matters worse, we found a hair in one of the dishes, and a vegetarian dish was served with non-vegetarian ingredients. These are serious issues that should never happen in any restaurant. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and concern from the staff when these problems were brought to their attention. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Horrible experience with the owner, the owner has an attitude which he needs to keep at his home if he needs to do a business and needs to stable in it. Then he needs to be little bit polite with their customers or else like other brands, he can also get shut in next six months. If he remains with the same attitude, the customer is the God and we need to respect it. Showing attitude tells how well are you settled in the business.
