Platter break up was as follows :- * 4 Pudina paneer tikka * 2 Tandoori Kumbh * 2 Subj Motia Seekh * 2 Zamindaari aloo * 2 Tikka Bahare Chaman Looking at the plating, presentation & hearing the dish names from the manager ( Mr Keshav ) not only made me drool over this assorted platter instantly but made us feel special like a celebrity as the hospitality was impeccable and service was flawless 👍 Each item was delicious yet so different in terms of texture, flavour & spice quotient. Kudos to Chef Arun for curating such a creative & refreshing menu 👏 * MAINS 1. Multani Paneer - Popular indian dish paneer Shashlik is topped with cheese & prepared in a fiery masala gravy. Rich in texture, flavoursome & quite heavy IMO. 2. Dal Makhani - I’m a huge dal makhani fan and this was cooked to perfection. An amazing combination of black lentils, butter, cream & fresh tomatoes . Thick, creamy & simply irresistible 😋 3. Garlic Naan & Rumali Roti Garlic Naan was Crispy & heavy whereas Rumali Roti was soft and lighter on the tummy. Both these blended beautifully with Multani Paneer and Dal Makhani. I loved the garlic naan whereas my plus one preferred Rumali Roti. * DESSERTS Frankly we were stuffed but you can’t skip desserts 🍨 Can you 😜 Gulab Jamun Each portion serves two chunky pieces of garma garam Gulab Jamun which was hot, so soft & sprinkled with nuts on top. VERDICT Fine dine restaurants are pricey but the detailing & perfection required from table Setup, food quality, taste, presentation, staff behaviour & quick service isn’t an easy feat to achieve & kabab hut did a fabulous job. Overall Kabab Hut is a place where you don’t emphasis on individual dish ingredients but are spoilt for choices so just tingle your taste buds by tasting a bit of everything, experience every cuisine on offer & enjoy the premium service Kabab Hut management offers its customers. 98th Restaurant to be rated a complete 5on5 by me. This time 4 is for the food and 1extra is for the amazing romantic set-up and the smooth service. Kabab Hut is located inside the Sun N Sand Hotel and it is on the ground section so you get the view of the beach too. The restaurant has live kitchen and two dining sections are available. The inside section have seatings arranged nicely with paintings done on the wall and the outside section is open air with tables set beside the pool and the tables have candle light set-up done so its a perfect place for date. As they have completed 20 years so they have introduced an all new menu. They specialise in North Indian, Awadhi, Lucknowi cuisines and the menu here is excellent as the options are great for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Prices are at par with other places of the same category and the quantity served is great. I went here for dinner the kitchen service was smooth and the table service given by staff Kiran was excellent as he knew the menu well and he was proactive. Also thanks to Manager Keshav who came regularly for the feedback. What We Had - APPETIZERS~ Assorted Platter Non Vegetarian - Ordered the amazing platter as like trying variety at once so this was a great option to cover most of their appetizers. Murgh Sia Mirch Seekh - Thi was charcoal grilled minced chicken rolls which was stuffed with green chillies and cheese and it tasted great as the green chilli adds spiciness and cheese tones it down. Surkh Murgh Tikka - The signature chicken tikka tasted good as the tikka flavours and the grilling was spot on. Murgh Chandi Kebab - Cream cheese based chicken kebab with light marination including green chillies and coriander tasted delicious. I loved the light flavours and the juiciness. Nazuk Gosht ki Seekh - Minced mutton seekh grilled nicely tasted amazing as it was tender and had nice flavours. Galavti Kebab - Melt in the mouth kabab made using minced mutton flavoured with aromatic spices with soft paratha base tasted outstanding. Loved the texture and it was amazing. Bhatiyar Ke Jhinge - Fresh prawns marinated in cheese and yogurt with light spice rub grilled nicely tasted delicious. The prawns had the juices intact and it was flavorful. MAINS~ Multani Paneer - Thick tomato red chilli based gravy topped with fresh paneer tikka tasted delicious as it was not too tangy and the red chillies was used to perfection. It went really well with garlic naan. Dalma E Kabab Hut - Dal makhani tasted decent as I felt more richness and flavours of the butter was needed. DESSERTS~ Gulab Jamun. Kesari Rasmalai. Both the desserts were great and we loved eating them. MOCKTAIL~ Sweet Lime Julep - Drink made with lemon chunks, orange juice, rose water and passion fruit pulp tasted refreshing and good. So the meal at Kabab Hut was great as I loved the food, the service was excellent and the ambiance is one of the best with a view which you will love. Therefore do try this place.

I had stopped going to Sun n Sand after receiving poor service and Attitude at Sunset Lpunge from the regular staff there. Walked in today after almost 6 months tp celebrate mother's day. Was glad to get good service at Kebab Hut as always.

Visited this place on Easter weekend. Great views very chilled out ambience. The tandoori grilled stuff were yummy. However it's a little pricey.

Paneer Dum roll was very very sweet, Galouti kebab was oily, Chicken was very spicy, instead of ordering completely non spicy ..

Need to improve service as all under trainee young staff kept which is giving very bad service . Only bar tender person who has given us proper service since new trainee boys were not doing their job respectfully

Finally the law of averages caught up with Sun n Sand hotel restaurants (see recent other two reviews). Basically, I have not eaten a kebab so tasteless as recommended to me by the staff, the veg gaulauti kebab. Being a vegetarian, I may be missing out the similarities this kebab may share with any famous non veg counterparts, but this one was seriously below par. It basically is a paste of some non green veggies (not sure what) which is baked a little on top of a bread base. Other order of special dal (something looking similar to dal makhni) was also not great. The ambience however is nice given the location. Basically, this one is avoidable when there are pretty good restaurants available inside the same hotel.

High waiting period after placing the order, which was then served cold. There were certain basic hygiene issues too which we pointed out to the staff. Had very high expectations from this place since my parents got married in this property. Hoping it revives.
