Finally got to visit Kake Da Hotel's Mumbai outpost in Andheri West, and what a delightful experience! This 94-year-old legacy brand has successfully brought the authentic flavors of Delhi's Connaught Place to our city, and I'm absolutely thrilled! 🎉 THE FOOD: Started our meal with the Dahi Ke Kebab - and wow, they literally melt in your mouth! So soft, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The Bhatti Ka Murgh was another highlight - smoky, succulent, and beautifully charred with that perfect tandoor finish. The main course was where things got even better: Palak Paneer - Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. Not watery at all! Butter Chicken - Hands down one of the best I've had in Mumbai! The gravy is velvety smooth, perfectly balanced, and the chicken is tender. This alone is worth the visit! Breads - The Lal Mirch Paratha and Hari Mirch Paratha had just the right amount of heat, and the Kulcha was pillowy soft and fresh off the tandoor. THE UNIQUE DICE DISCOUNT: Now here's the fun part - Kake Ka Dice-Count! You get to roll dice on your bill and win a discount. Such a fun, interactive concept that makes the dining experience even more memorable. It's not just about the food, it's about the whole experience! AMBIANCE & SERVICE: The staff was courteous and attentive. The ambiance captures that old Delhi charm while being contemporary enough for Mumbai's vibe. LOCATION: Conveniently located at Hubtown Premiere High Street, JP Road, Four Bungalows, Andheri West - easy to find with ample parking in the area. If you're craving authentic North Indian food or missing Delhi's iconic flavors, this is your spot! Perfect for family dinners, catching up with friends, or even a special date night. Definitely coming back soon to try more from their menu! Highly recommended! 👌

I've found The best north Indian restaurant in Mumbai, which is originally a delhi based brand. So all the dishes we had were really authentic and had a delhi kick to it. We tried their bhatti da chaap (a must try dish for vegetarians) and chicken barra kebab was a chef's kiss (so flavourful and spicy) i loved it. For mains we got the dal makhani which is slow cooked for 12 hrs. And it was so creamy, you have to try it. Rara Chicken is a perfect option for nonveg lovers. Ended the meal with phirni which melted in my mouth. Overall a great experience. Hospitality is great, the staff is too sweet. Will definitely visit again.

I am vegetarian and had gone with my friends who eat non veg & the menu had great offerings for all food choices. Yes Service takes time as they cook everything fresh so slight delay is understandable. Loved the food, ambience and service. Will surely be visiting again, especially for dahi ke kebabs…

Slow service like a snail. Not that food is out of the world so why such delay ? Avoid this joint ? There are faster better places near by.

1. Too much masala in dishes 2. They added service charge to the bill. On protest, this was reversed 3. The ambience not inviting.

Friday evening - which was yesterday. we went to eat some good north Indian food. it was fairly empty for a Friday evening. no one asked for water - so we ordered as below - Chicken tandoori - coke - mix veg - tandoori butter roti - rumali butter roti - phirni (Dessert) chicken tandoori - strictly okay mix veg - was more like beans ka subji. peas carrot and paneer. the reason I ordered mix veg was I wanted to avoid paneer and yet freaking paneer slipped in. it wasn't a mix veg. it was.. it was not supposed to be on the menu. tandoori butter roti was done right. rumali roti came in and aluminium foil and it wasn't butter. and that's it. they presented us the bill. the coke and dessert only existed in the bill and not on our tables (never served to us). I asked them to remove it from the bill they did it in a very nonchalant way. didn't offer to the dessert or the coke. you can skip this one they won't be open for long.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. As soon as I walked in, the staff completely ignored me—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. No one bothered to ask how many guests I had or inform me about the waiting time. I stood there waiting, hoping someone would at least offer a seat or some guidance, but that never happened. The lack of basic courtesy and attention is unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on both the staff and the management. A restaurant should make customers feel welcome, not invisible. Pathetic service and very poor management. I strongly urge others to avoid this place unless you’re okay being completely ignored.

In delivery Veg Biryani lacked flavour and blending. Tasted more like pulao with boiled rice. hardly any masala or vegetables. Chicken Shorba was like boiled water with bits of chicken charbi. No pease were present in the Soya Kheema Masala inspite of it being a part of the dish as shown in it's photo. All these 3 was against the instructions as written in order through Zomato for restaurant request per dish.
