Had a wonderful experience at Kalp Zero Degree. The service was absolutely amazing—staff was courteous, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable. The food was delicious, well-presented, and full of great flavors. Quality and taste were both top-notch. Overall, a great place with good vibes, excellent service, and fantastic food. Highly recommended and definitely visiting again!

I was not able to understand the difference between booking by district and direct Booking.. I heard there is no discount if you book by district and if you book directly you get a discount on drinks.

Pathetic Taste Of Food Horribly Slow Service My Colleagues Ordered A Beer Bucket (5 Beer) And Salted Peanuts. The Peanuts Came Only After Would Have Completed 7 Beers. I ordered food (Chi Sch Rice) while others were ordering starter. My food arrived 10 Mins after we paid the bill. I had to get it parceled to ensure my colleagues who were to login again did not have to wait Even then they took 10 Mins just to parcel it. The starters were half cooked. Worst "Fine Dining" Experience. Even "Petu" (Roadside Foodtruck) Just Outside Compound Offers Better Taste, Quality And Most Importantly Faster Service Despite Almost 3x more Crowded At Barely 1/4 the Cost. Just for Context: By the Time Kalp Serves Peanuts, My Order At Petu Would already be in my bowels.

I am highly disappointed by the service. After waiting for almost 10 minutes and asking multiple times, no one was there to provide us with the menu card. Even water was not served properly. The worst part was that the starters arrived after the main course, which completely spoiled the dining experience. On top of that, the sizzling brownie was served without any sizzling. This was supposed to be my birthday celebration with my family, but the entire experience got ruined because of the poor service and lack of coordination. Very disappointed with the hospitality and overall management.

had visited in Apr-26, the ambience and decor of the place is good and Instagram worthy pics, but it needa to be maintained. the seats were dirty with food particles on multiple chairs, food they tag as Chef Special / Signature dishes were very average. we ordered paneer kurkire tikki and chargrilled paneer tikka biryani and was ok. Biryani mentions complimentary papad in the menu,but waiters and chef are unaware and you need to educate them to serve you if written. Not worth the visit.
