Had a great experience at Karma Sheesha Restaurant & Bar, Chembur! The ambience is really nice and relaxing, making it a great place to spend time with friends or family. The food was great especially the Jamaican chicken that we accidentally ordered but we were not disappointed at all. The thing i liked the most about the place was the staff, they were very courteous. Overall, my experience was good including the ambience, staff and food.

The hotel has a nice ambiance with light music and comfortable spaced out seating setup. Staff/ service is excellent and very courteous. Food quality, taste and quantity is good and the menu has a wide variety with Indian, Chinese, Italian, Mexican options. Good experience overall.

Menu had different rates and we were charged different rates. they said menu card is old. new prices were almost double the old ones.food was good tho

i went here today and paid via Eazydiner app (UPI), i was told AFTER I PAID through Eazydiner that they don’t accept third party payments and only the UPI scanner that they give and as a Vegetarian i was served NON VEG! HOW CAN THE STAFF JUNGLE THIS? IT WAS ABSURD AND HORRIFYING FOR ME. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO A PLACE WHERE STAFF DOESNT UNDERSTAND COMMON LANGUAGE.

The restaurant did not accept payment through zomato and gave no reason for the same. Also, they charged us with service charge which is not mandatory. It is optional.
