I've been to almost all the best restaurants in the city, and Kaspers is right up there with them. Every single thing we ate was faultless. Exceptional, honestly. Hats off to Chef Will Aghajanian. The cocktails were fantastic as well. The decor made me feel like I'd been transported to Paris. The staff were just as good. They knew the menu inside out and were extremely attentive. Our waiter, Raj, was excellent. For the quality of the ingredients and the cooking, the prices are very reasonable too. I'll definitely be going back.

Had a lovely time yesterday at out dinner at Kaspers. Went there for the ambience but stayed there for the food. Extremely friendly and fun staff, cozy vibes and buzzy interiors. The place is a bit overpriced- but it is Bombay? (I don’t know)

Raw and Real while quite literally too. It dint live upto all the hype created. About six plates already ordered and one drink to mention as satisfactory. The others were a bit of a spoiler for me. 1. Lamb brain (the good part ) with Bengali Dijon (fancy) could have just been kasundi but anyway was the only saviour with over salty mud crab and bread absolutely disappointing. (4.5/10) That set to the tone to a very average next course . 2. Quail Eggs on a toast Pretentiously sizzling in a panniyaram pan with a regular homemade prep. (4/10) 3. Swiss 🇨🇭 Cheese 🧀 ravioli absolutely salty and again disappointing. (2/10) As if this was not enough that we went with some over compensated fairly ordinary mushroom pasta 🍝 Adding to the boredom it added to cocoa tiramisu (3/10) lacking innovation or taste. Tried very very hard to turn the table around with tea flavoured ice cream. Did not help. Anyway may still give another “try” with more on the menu and perhaps breakfast if at all. Maybe 🤔 You shall know. Until then thankyou fusion salty food and over priced cramped fine dine experience. We also ordered some Italian red wine to wash down a moderate experience but that was misheard and argued upon too. At the end we would say it wasn’t really likeable for us and nothing really impressed us on the menu for a fine dine that would we return to as I would to the Table of the same hospitality. @kaspers.bombay #finedine #honestreviews #foodcrawl #gourmetexperiences

Went to Kaspers for lunch today, and honestly, it was quite an underwhelming experience. We chose it largely because of all the hype on Instagram, but it didn’t live up to expectations at all. They seem to have a constantly changing menu, so most of the much-talked-about dishes—like mud crab, tiger prawns, and bone marrow—weren’t even available. Our lunch menu was heavily skewed towards carbs, with a lot of bread-based options (paninis, baguettes, croissants, sandwiches), and very limited choices if you’re looking for something light or refreshing—especially in this heat. The only dish that stood out initially was the pan-roasted Cornish hen, but about ten minutes after ordering, we were told they had run out of chicken. We also ordered the Parma ham with figs, only for it to arrive with three large slices of melon instead—because they had run out of figs. The “Angry Spaghetti with guanciale” came without the guanciale, and was topped with a deep-fried egg whose yolk had turned completely hard. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Disappointing experience & here’s why - I think the restaurant’s FOH needs to work on their communication skills as we weren’t informed that it is a separate menu for lunch & dinner. I initially called to make a dinner reservation but due to lack of availability, I was asked to consider lunch which I did but during that phone call and deposit messages, I wasn’t at any point informed about the different menus as Zomato also doesn’t showcase any other menus except for their “dinner” menu so we operated under the same impression that it is one menu all day. From what we heard from other tables, they also were given the same impression whilst booking the table. I was also looking to cancel this at some point due to a few other reviews and at that point I was asked to submit a cancelled cheque to process the refund which is strange because I used Paytm to pay the deposit so why the hassle of a cancelled cheque? Despite all the hardships, I dont recommend it.

Think the kitchen was not up for it the day I visited. Had ordered the steak “medium rare” - but was served an “overly done” piece of meat - having checked with the server, was told that this was due to the animal used for the meat - in this case - “water buffalo” - fair enough… Was recommended Kaiserschmarrn for dessert…to be honest…had never had it before so didn’t know what to expect…they were served burnt and charred…ate them as didn’t know better…checked later….and what i was served was nowhere what this dessert is supposed to look like… Have been to Kaspers a few times before and always returned for the food…so a bit surprised and disappointed with the experience…hoping this was a one off and does not become a norm…

Looks and sounds very fancy but the food is very disappointing! Below are some of the things we ordered. Marinated Olives : Seemed like they were lightly tossed in some olive oil and served in a tiny bowl. No additional taste other than of the Brine. Roasted Bone Marrow: I've never had anything more disappointing than this. All we got was a piece of bone sliced into 2 halves and that's it. The Bone Marrow was missing. only thing we ate was the garlic "croutons" with whatever little oil / fat the bone had released while it was broiled. (They need better vendors) Angry Spaghetti with Arabiatta and Stracciatella : very Average. Could've been better but the only dish that tasted decent. The charcoal grilled threadfin fish: The fish was lacking seasoning. even though it was cooked well. Because of the lack of seasoning we dint enjoy it much. had to make do with a squeeze of lemon to make it taste a little better. The Souffle: it was almost like a pile of Goop. The service was on point. menu pricing is extremely expensive. meal for 3 with cocktails(4 of them) cost almost 16K. Not sure how the pricing matches the food we had. Putting a chart paper on the table and giving crayons for the guests to doodle while waiting for food isn't enough to bring people back. Food needs some major overhaul.

PATHETIC PLACE. The Cocktails were so bad, and the portion size, don't even get me started on that. AND THE PRICES ARE LIKE I CAN BUY A PLACE IN BANDRA.
