Did not accept payment through district app although they are listed… stated the app doesn’t redeem payment on time… food was excellent and one of a kind taste…

Lot of feedback was sent to me, extreme reviews both positive or negative. Let me give a neutral, practical review basis my dine in experience. First of all their lebanese kebabs do have a flavour that is good, however they lack authentic lebanese flavour. To make it worse they serve it with roti, it should be with pita bread! Also they lack flexibility which won't help build credibility as customers today know what they want. Another big issue is the dips portion size is very very small and yet they even charge for extra, guys its a marginal cost! It's, Like going to a Chinese restaurant and being asked to pay extra for shezwan and chilli vinegar! Lastly staff should be trained to understand and manage customer better - word of mouth goes a long way. A Big Thanks to all who write to me, let me know if they work on the feedback and improve

1. I should have taken photos of the baby cockroaches running below the tables and sitting area on the top floor. 2. I should have taken photos of the broken plates given to us to eat. 3. I asked if they could provide us with onions and one staff told me “let’s see what i can do?”. The other staff told us “we do not provide onions separately and the tiny portion of “salad” evidently doesn’t do justice to a half tandoor. When we said we don’t want the salad, just raw onions, he said “we will need to cut it”. Eventually, we said ok don’t bother. Then post dinner he brings the onions. 4. The burnt garlic tandoor is basically tandoor chicken with garlic tossed in butter topped on the tandoor 🙄🙄🙄 5. The sharwma size is rationed to the point of disappointment to say the least. 6. I am really wondering how is this place allowed to function at exorbitant prices but seriously compromised hygiene.

I have visited this restaurant many times the food quality is good . But since last 2 times there showing limited menu to eat it’s the worst thing as i travel from Navi Mumbai for having my favourite food and they are hardly giving me 5 food items to eat and the waiter is asking me to call n come so that we will keep food for u … food quality is best but the owner is scared of keeping quantity of food item as they are always short of menu I think they should work on it as I returned without having food

I ordered the zaatar and peshawari chicken. The worst experience anyone can have. They forgot to give the hummus that comes with the zataar. Upon calling the restaurant - the owner could’ve cared-less. He heard my issues and then cut the call to my face. Without giving any solution. It was a terrible experience, I should’ve just checked the reviews before ordering from here, clearly it’s not worth the money.

Based on delivery review, takes 1 hr to deliver . Taste was yuk no salt even quantity was small as compared to price. I have thrown in dustbin and order something else rather than eating 500 rs food.
