Had a very bad experience with Kerala Oottupura. I ordered four vegetarian dishes. After making me wait for 45mins they called and said none of the items are available. instead they wanted me to take alternative non veg dishes, which I refused as I am vegetarian..but they refused to cancel the order.. please stay away from Oottupura as they show unavailable items in menu without intention of delivering.. BAD out of five only zero star can be given to such irresponsible behaviour with customers!!
