Sogggyyy Food, not at all crispy chicken, Staff always have issue with cash machine at the counter, staff at the online payment machine does not have knowledge. Also the quantity at other outlets in matter of size of chicken piece is more as compared to this outlet.

Shimpoli Branch KFC on the Link Road is the worst branch to eat at. Repeated findings of strands of hair in chicken, rice bowls, fries. Not only hair, but on several occasions in just a month, I received stale, burnt food, incomplete orders, wrong orders. On my recent visit to this branch, I asked for a fresh batch of popcorn chicken, as recently after eating their food for the day I got food poisoning for 5 days straight- to which they would start arguing, and would not even try to cooperate. Ordered pc rice bowl, double fries, veg rice bowl, chicken strips, longer burgers- veg and non veg both. The food quality was PATHETIC. Chicken was stale/ days old, tasted like rubber to the point where my jaws hurt after trying to chew for minutes. Strips had hair sticking out of it and so did the veg rice bowl. The longers had barely any sauce and was equivalent to the Sahara dessert. I asked for some extra seasoning to which they agreed after making faces and after collecting my order I asked if they had put it in the food they said yes. I confirmed twice and they straightaway lied to my face. To try and gain my confidence they asked me to check thinking I would not, and when I did, lo! Not one pinch of seasoning. The fries were missing, and upon confrontation, they were like “oh sorry, reh Gaya hoga galti se”. That’s their repeated statement. They have forgotten 500rs worth food before. Their store is unhygienic, washrooms being the next worst thing after food. Toilets designated for women guests are being used by staff members both male and female. They even have their own washrooms for staff men women both, yet they would use the ones for the guests for hours playing on their phones and listening to music. Staff are incompetent, don’t even know what they are selling or what goes into what. Staff are always fighting with the customers and using bad language. One polite staff member, and they too removed him from the job. All this food I bought today, went straight to the dustbin. Do not ever visit this branch. This branch should be shut down or simply should remove their current staff and replace with a new one. A change in management would go a long way. Very DISAPPOINTED. Worst branch 🚫🚫

I hate this place now. Got served my order before I even placed it. It was peri peri strips bucket of we pcs. That was fishy at first but since I had a few attempts of my payment failing I guessed it was proactive on the part of the employee. But that was a ruse. I start eating and immediately feel something off. Temperature before eating was hot enough, but the pieces were limp. It was clearly microwaves but I pressed on, Had coke with me. Now, some of the pieces didn't have enough coating as well. I have visited kfc multiple times to know this is not how it is.. but I hated to wait for another order so I pressed on. The last piece was a god damn rubber. I just couldn't chew it. Spat it out. In short, I'm not coming back here. I'm not saying the employees meant to do it, but they may be trained to get rid of all the fried chicken made beforehand, somehow. They can reheat in a microwave and give it. Something that must have definitely happened with me. Had only come here cos Growel's 101 kfc is closed. Horrendous experience.

Always items are missing from order be it ordering from your application or other application or take away this our 5th time experience. We pay bill and we don't get full order not refund not replacement worst service close this borivali outlet Today I personally went for take away Placed order for 2 chicken roll Combo of pop corn chicken rice with pepsi and hot wings quantity 2 1 medium popcorn and 4 piece of hot wings. Bill amount was ₹1170 no spoons cutlery was given and 2 chicken rolls are missing. It happens every time worst and pathetic service don't know what the hell staff check order and give to customer always fooling people around.

Absolutely disappointed! I ordered from KFC and received soggy, undercooked fries and chicken — completely inedible and unsafe to eat. Shockingly, neither KFC nor Zomato took any responsibility or even bothered to respond properly to my complaint. No action, no refund, no apology. If you care about your health and your money, avoid ordering from this outlet at all costs. This is the last time I'm trusting @KFC or @Zomato for quality service.

Well, have always heard mixed reviews on KFC and gave it a try myself. The food was delivered cold. To add to it, there was a strand of hair! Don't know what to say further. But to the others, watch where and what you are going to eat! Huge Turn Off! It's just too gross! Can't recommend this to anyone.
