I am writing to formally report a very disappointing and concerning experience at your KFC Mira Road outlet. On my recent order via Zomato I was served stale and reheated food, all mixed together in a single bucket. The quality was clearly unacceptable the food was cold, rubbery, and tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared. This is not only a violation of food quality standards but also raises serious health and safety concerns. When I raised the complaint at the outlet, the staff member Ms. Rani falsely claimed that she was the Manager. She attempted to cover up the issue instead of resolving it. This is dishonest, misleading, and completely unacceptable from a KFC staff member. Another staff member, Ms. Roshini, informed me she would get back to me regarding my complaint. However, shortly after, she switched off her mobile phone, making it impossible for me to follow up. This kind of behavior reflects a lack of responsibility, accountability, and transparency within the outlet’s management.

I have your came for the review giving that is I have ordered online and I got so pathetic I don't know for how many days that chicken has been kept in the outlet and now I have got it that and now it is like very Patty for me to eat it this my money is wasted myself is wasted Zomato for this us tomato said that it is restaurants are so the common man and your hard on money is gone in such a miserable place I will not promote KFC sorry

went to dine in single person at 10:45 the guy named shahank tripathi at your counter is the worst person you've hired at your outlet he denied for dine in saying the restaurant is shut for dine in orders inspite having guests in the outlet. won't ever visit here train your staff especially this guy Shahank who thinks he owns the place and wants to rush back home then please keep the timings according to your staff guys

ordered for kfc online on zomato and found hair in the chicken. you'll claim to be such a huge company and should have equal standard in terms of hygiene. we tried to call the outlet they have added invalid number. This is not acceptable.

I asked for 9 pieces of boneless strips, but I was forced to take the dip instead, which was not what I wanted. The service provided by Answeeta was disappointing.
