Never recommending the new outlet opened in Nallasopara West ! Had the worst experience here yesterday. - The chicken was not cooked properly and could see the raw chicken in burgers clearly. - Flies everywhere & even on the food - Most of the items from the menu were not available. - Gift vouchers weren’t activated for use. Never imagined that a brand like KFC would be so careless with their food quality & hygiene!

I ordered food via Zomato and the burger I got had a ladybug inside it. I contacted the KFC restaurant no resolution was given and they asked me to contact Zonal manager who hasn't even bothered to check the photos that I have sent him. I am uploading the photos here as well so that others are aware before they order food from KFC or dine in a KFC. PATHETIC!!!!
