Virar palghar rustomjee global city, not listed in ur restaurant list,this review is abt virar branch Had a terrible experience with KFC in Virar. My child loves KFC, but every order here has been disappointing. The chicken is never served fresh it's always dry and not juicy, unlike what we were used to at Andheri. After three attempts, we’ve given up – most of the food ends up in the dustbin. To make it worse, staff asked us to transfer the feedback link to them instead of addressing the issue. KFC, you’ve lost a loyal customer. Girl who asked to send the link was manamika from virar kfc and in truecaller tammy ram

Every time I order longer and wrap, everytime it was good experience with longer full of chicken, lettuce and sauce and wrap with good portion chicken but this time they gave me longer with small one piece chicken no lettuce less sauce and wrap was dry hard and small piece of chicken. Today there was Wednesday offer in store, this doesn't mean you give anything to dine in customer. I agree it was rush hour but it does not mean you prepare anything and serve. it was waste of money today. It was not fresh at all. Aaj toh bolne ke baad thoda lettuce mila.
