Worst kfc ever! They made the rider wait for 30-45 minutes & then informed him that they are out of stock & there is no food left. Highly irresponsible & waste of time of us & the rider too If they cannot fulfill orders then they should shut down the restaurant instead of wasting our money & time

They did not bother to read any cooking instructions and despite clearly mentioning my allergy to mayonnaise they still put it and then refused to accept their mistakes Very uncooperative and unapologetic Very pathetic experience Had to throw the whole food Money wasted and stayed hungry

This is to Mira Road Delta Vrindavan outlet We visited the outlet just 5 min back and were told they are closed No take away or dining While on Zomato it shows open till 12.00 Either the outlet needs to update the timing or it needs to get it's customer service right

Poor management cheating customers in my order it says two chicken with biryani rice but I recived only rice when I checked with manager of kfc they told they have forgotten wile packing don't buy from Mira road store they are cheating customers

Horrible experience, my 3 year old developed indigestion and vomiting soon after consuming the chicken popcorn and burger. The food tasted weird but we didn’t realise it would create so much issue!

This particular kfc branch is one of the worst. I have many times received bad quality of chicken. Many times the chicken received has been raw.
