Raw chicken which smelled really bad received. Ordered the double down burger. Came with 2 chicken strips with a drop of sauce and 1 piece of onion and half a lettuce leaf. Are you seriously trying to scam your customers. We will order once to try it and then what happens the next time? Seriously the brand should think what they’re serving customers.

Worst kfc ever … orderd a zinger burger from here and they gave me stale and uncooked chicken … it’s not like I paid a discounted price or anything … I will be leaving them a legal notice for this issue

I ordered peri peri chicken strips and it was looking nice. After taking a bite, it was too much salty. Couldnt eat one more. Time and money wasted. Ordered from kfc borivali east.

Very bad behaviour of the staff. Manager name Akshay talking rudely. Don’t have manners how to talk to customer, very bad service
