Dine-in experience: I would like to appreciate the Store Manager - Dawood and Store partner: Aman for their understanding to customise 5 pc. smoky legs bucket along with proper seasoning ensuring the meal is cooked to perfection as required by me. They generally have a set SOP to prepare this meal, however they went out of their way to ensure they achieve the exact taste I was looking for. Thanks a lot for this remarkable service from you guys.

The chicken was yummy. The ambience of the restaurant was chilled. Convenient location of the store. You can go for shopping after having your meal.

Horrible staff! They are fooling you by giving ice cold food. Not even once I have received hot food. Not even once when I have personally gone to eat I have recieved hot food. Even after telling them that I need hot food they are serving room temperature food. The staff needs to be trained or may be there is no supervision on the floor. How can this happen ? Who is monitoring this ? No manager on floor. Upon highlighting your issues also they don’t take things seriously ? I feel they don’t know what’s hospitality or may be not really aware what value for money means. Pathetic and frivolous staff. I am worried about Brand Promise ! I don’t think owner of this branch knows that happening? I think this has been opened just to attract money ! Kudos for opening it in Colaba however really dash it on Brand loyalty. Worst ever branch. Don’t order ! Please ! Save your money ! Don’t waste your hard earned money for such quality.

Very bad service by the team at colaba KFC. Wrong order taken, no bill invoice given. Had to wait for half an hr for just a zinger meal and popcorn bowl. Felt like half a bottle of mayonnaise was put in the burger and fries soaking with oil, Manager Atul has no clue what's happening in the store a staff has to be called to clean the tables and the person on counter has no sympathy. Please train your staff and put efficient staff

Ordered at the online ordering counter and the employee helping us got our order wrong even though we checked with him multiple times. We got hot and crispy instead of hot wings. The counter told us that refund wouldn't be possible if we cancelled the order even though we argued multiple times. Really disappointed and wasted money on something we didn't even want.

Worst KFC ever, please do yourself a favor from entering the restaurant. AC is switched off, so torture to be here at summer heat. Half of food / drinks are out of stock (even at lunch time). Cleanliness is next to none, dirty tables and floor. So in all, my rating would be next to zero or below.

whenever we visit kfc something or the other is not there today we visited kfc they mentioned chees fries and veg burger not athere this is really disappointed .it's just 8:00 pm and floor staff say not available this has happened to us 5 time very unexpected, day by day it's getting worst

Smokey red bucket containing 5 Dry,unsavoury,finger like leg pieces, counter guy took 30 min.to place my order whereI was 5th! upon asking I got the answers-"sir servers are down & we are running outta manpower"

What a horrific experience. stale bread in burger. Below par hygiene. Even worse service. Bill not given. Had to fight for it. In reality it's minus five stars
