I love their Famous Bowl and Nashville Hot Tenders. The KFC staff is also very friendly and helpful. Overall, KFC is a great option if you want a good fried chicken experience!"

I like KFC chicken. Chicken popcorn is my favourite. I can eat it anytime and anywhere if available 🤪. I tried chicken wings they were so oily i could only taste the oil in it. Very disappointed.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Quality Meal – KFC Outlet Visit Dear KFC Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the meal I received during my recent visit to one of your outlets. I ordered the Double Down, and to my surprise, the portion size was shockingly small—more like a chicken strip than the substantial product advertised. To make matters worse, the chicken served was cold and unappetizing. It was far from the hot, freshly prepared food one expects from a reputed global brand like KFC. Serving cold chicken not only reflects poor quality control but also raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. I strongly urge you to look into the quality standards at this location and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this complaint.

probably the worst outlet, the people on the counter don't bother at all. this guy , I think named nikhil i gave him my order, was asking him things, he never bothered to revert. his clothes were so dirty and filthy covered with sauce and other food stuff and he was so unprofessional i left the place from the counter and after giving him a good word. pathetic people I think the brand/franchise don't care at all in hiring proper or training.

I ordered in on Zomato and i can’t believe that they did not send a single piece of popcorn on ordering popcorn chicken rice bowl.. The rice was totally uncooked. No refund was processed .

After spending so much time there, at the time of payment they told me to pay only through Google Pay. They didn’t have any cash change available. Completely wasted my time.

They will accept an order, mishandle the delivery guy, refuse to speak to you and deliver your order 3 hours later at midnight in pathetic condition. Great job KFC.
