So I'm not a fast food fan. I do not like to eat out either. But here I was, hungry and at korum mall thane. So I thought I would eat a burger from the KFC instead of the usual McD. So I entered and I ordered for a Zinger Burger, coke and some fries. I was alone, I treated well by the staff. I sat on a table and the minute i dug my teeth into the burger my eyes widened. I looked at the receipt again making sure I was eating the same thing I ordered, because it was awesome. So its a good treat and a must try.

Visited this place few days back hot and jucy food, quick service, clean& hygiene place, there was staff Mr.Deepak he is very kind and helpful 👍🏻😋. Thanks

We ordered twice for this Thane branch KFC and ended up with stomach upsets both the time....we feel like the chicken was old and defried again.....the chicken popcorn lacked the masala as compared to the powai branch. The food was not even warm. Not good quality food in all.

Pathetic Customer Service, Whenever you order food from here they always send wrongs orders and super super delayed , you call for order at 9pm and they deliver at 12am

Delivery that never arrived. Very poor service by Zomato and the outlet. Both are denying the prepaid order. Total waste of time and guests left without eating.

Very slow service, does not accept cards. No coupons for the order, so you don't even know ur order number. Pathetic.

Took 1 hour to prepare my order. And KFC is promising order ready in 7 minutes. I should be getting it for free then.
