Wouldn’t recommend eating at the location, but the chicken popcorn is great! Visiting india after 4 years and I’m beyond devastated that the potato krisper burger has been discontinued. Miss u potato krisper

KFC bandra is a rip off their self kiosk machine does not work properly to they cant accept card apparently over the counter also without punching the order they took payment from me and thn gave me the wrong meal. they said hot wings r not part of the meal i had to show them on the kiosk it was a part of the meal so the stuff came to check on the kiosk and said o the machin and at r end its different how is tht possible plus the burger were served cold the staff jus ignored me whn i said the same

i ordered for a chicken bucket(on Zomato) but they called after half an hour and said chicken bucket is not available they said either I will get one burger pop corn and rice bowl and he said cancel the order but if I cancelled the order I was getting penalty for it then i called them you cancel the order because its your problem that you don't have chicken bucket available but he said it's not my problem! very bad experience super disappointed 😞

So i was in the huddle and want food asap, in which I had ordered zinger box, which the fries where soggy, coke was diluted and i opened the burger saw that half of the patty/chicken is missing, half bun was totally empty this how its supposed to be served..then I suggest don’t buy burgers from here.

i ordered for fried peri peri chicken leg pieces,They send me boiled leg with red sauce marinated wow night shift staff are in sleep or what ... i wasted my money 👎👎👎

Very dirty seatings. Drinks spilled on the floor no one to clean. Staff is rude. Whatever we ask for they don’t check and say it’s unavailable. Slow service.

A Zinger burger was delivered to me in which I ordered Tandoori zingers, and fries were also cold and stale. This is reoccurring issue with kfc deliveries
