I had placed order at around approximately 11.30 pm, even after 1 hour the order was not delivered. When I called up the delivery person he was made to wait downstairs for 45 mins with no response from the KFC staff. The delivery person then called me to come to the restaurant personally, when I visited the KFC outlet the staff was just sitting and had not prepared the order. The staff was not able to answer me when I asked for the delay, they kept making excuses, the manager Sidharth who itself was present also didn't give any satisfactory reply. If the KFC outlet doesn't want to cater customer orders at night they should not be serviceable why the customer has to go through such ordeal for a prepaid order placed at a reasonable time of hour .

I placed an order which was a 7 minute express order - it claimed that if i didn’t receive the food in 7 minutes i would get some chicken free. The guy at the counter served the fries and the burger, the popcorn was pending, on the 7th minute he asks me to take the order that’s already prepared and wait for the popcorn. he also clocked the order as delivered in the system so as to not give the chicken. on asking him for the same he denied it and said its just a matter of a few minutes. if it is a matter of few minutes why start up express delivery deals that you can’t even complete!? Terrible service!

if you watch carefully reviews from top to bottom,,after every negative review, immediately there is positive review.It seems KFC is watching our negative review and then immediately pots positive review..Honestly I had very very very bad experience starting from service.quality of and filthy as well because no one cares to clean the table.No one listens to ur complaint.There was no soap in dispenser and when I said to fill they says liquid soap is available.then I said I will complaint ,they said yes no problem 😡

The portion size which they show what they serve is extremely pathetic, it’s really disappointment for what they show and what they give. The leg pieces they have served, attached in the photo are so small, unable to understand if it’s leg piece or lollipop they are serving !

Worst ever popcorn chicken and mojito had at any KFC outlet. The outlet is dried with stinky smell all over the kitchen. The women staff is not able to handle the outlet. Especially after being in one of the most posh malls of the town.

ordered online from Zomato. the worst quality wings and popcorn I had ever had in my life. road stall serves in better oil then them. oil has become like wax in mouth and it was smelling

The place is not clean and the staff is very impolite. The order took more than 30 mins to arrive and even after asking them twice, the staff didn't pay heed to the order.

it Was very very bad took my ₹741 for chicken bucket and didn't even provide the correct contents and rest was waayy to spicy to be eaten

The zomato app shows 45 minutes to close in dining section but when I reached the executive says the outlet is closed very unprofessional.
