Excellent veg sweet corn soup, chicken manchow soup and mushroom hakka noodles , crowded on Fridays and weekends..taste wise very good, flavourful , will visit again.

Chicken Singapore noodle hardly had any chicken pieces .. I took a parcel and may be the cook assumed that I will not Come back asking for it . So gave minimal pieces or may be 3 or 4 shreds . 😳😳

There is a waiter who takes order and he is there since many years. I have never seen such a arrogant behaviour and having bad attitude towards their guests. Service in kgs is shit only because of him. Don't expect he will give you any attention while you are there in kgs. I remember I have given all my order to the waiter who collects plates/Clean tables just because he is always in his world. Passing from my table multiple times, calling him multiple times I never got any response. At the end ppl who cleans tables took my order. The worst part of this waiter is that the moment you sit on table he expects you to give him order. How come we can give order even before opening to the menu card. I have told him to wait as I need to go through the menu first and guess what he went and never took my order.. even calling him multy times he just ignores. I have experienced his service multiple times and now decided to not come to this restaurant again. We are here for good time and in return you are treated shit from his shit behaviour. I will better go to other and better restaurants.

Very bad and pathetic experience We waited for 20 minutes for the table then we ordered Lung Fung soup first after 10 mins the soup came The first spoon I dig in the soup I saw was a small cockroach in it. I was shocked to see and immediately called the waiter and showed him he took the soup bowl from me and started saying me its was not in kitchen it must have fallen from up somewhere. I was very angry to listen his explanation I just left the restaurant and will never visit again

I have been coming to this place for more than 15 years, so I can say with confidence that the quality of the food has become awful. The chicken crispy used to be a stand out item, one of my favourites. But now the chicken crispy is no longer crispy, the chicken is chewy and frequently stale. They have lost a loyal customer.

IMPROVE PACKAGING I had ordered chicken lollipop combo rice and when the executive delivered my meal the gravy was all over the place due to poor packaging, this has happened twice now. It’s not only about the money getting wasted but the food too. Please keep in mind of this.

Manager was rude. They only want to earb profit dobt care about service i was with my relative and he start fighting with me.The topic was order in a single time. Worst experince dont go this restaurant where they dont value the customer.

Had ordered chicken lollipop and chicken crispy. The quality of chicken was very bad, had black spots inside. For the same price, other restaurants order better quality and taste.

FOUND COCKROACH IN THE FOOD ordered a monchow soup but found a cockroach in the fried noodles was a regular guest in the restaurant but this was unacceptable and very unhygienic
