On the entire stretch of Juhu Beach it’s certainly the best place to be at to watch the sunset sipping red wine at the Blue Lagoon, and there are plenty of good spits in the same category however this is the best run facility. Unlike some of the reviewers we had an excellent experience. We had some wine at the poolside (I think it’s called the blue lagoon) and subsequently moved in for dinner to Khyma. A special heads-up to Arun Kumar Gupta by the blue lagoon he was really efficient with his service as well as recommendations. Inside at the Khyma Allan served us again his service was excellent, somehow the overall evening was ideal for a birthday dinner with my family. Shrikant the restaurant manager our experience with him was reasonably fair as we hardly had the need to interact with him as his team was well managed. Food was brilliant too, we had some duck stew and spare ribs sautéed in honey and barbecue sauce along with veg fried rice and veg stew for my son. Well made tasty and reasonable quantity. 5 on 5

My friend and I like the place. The ambience is really pretty and I guess it is one of the "always go to places" for me now for some chit chat and drinks. They have amazing mocktails, I have tried Persian mojitos, it is a must try. we have also tried their manchow soup and it is one of the best ones I have tried. it is a comforting space. there is a pool on the side. you have a pool side sittings which also faces the beach. The service is very nice, the staff is really good with the customer no doubt.

We had a good dinner with colleagues. Awesome food and excellent ambience. Mr Jiyut and his team took good care. Everyone appreciated the food taste. Keep it up.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Sea Princess – Rude Staff and Poor Service I recently visited Hotel Sea Princess with a group of 30 people for dinner, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly a person named Srikant, was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He was unable to handle our group and resorted to abusive language, even calling bouncers to force us to leave. The food served was cold, and when we requested to have it reheated, our request was denied. The sweet lime soda we ordered had no soda in it, and when we asked for a replacement, Srikant refused. The overall service was terrible, and the staff's inability to handle a group of 30 people was shocking. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for group events. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service and staff behavior.

Horrible experience. We were cheated by the staff. Staff was so rude and arrogant. Earlier staff told your reservation works here and later on while paying the bill they told your reservation won’t work here and we were charged exorbitantly. Never visit this place. Service is also horrible. They served sushi without chopsticks. We ordered sautéed veggies with focaccia bread and they served only veggies and no bread and after asking 4 times they served it after 20 minutes. Soup came after 45 minutes after ordering. Staff was careless and unresponsive.

staff is rude, we have ordered for 2 times to the staff, they were standing and chilling at counter but still they were not responding, very poor and pathetic service . specially lagoon side no one will responde for service

The food was extremely average, oily and overpriced for the quality that was served. The ambience, which is what people would go for, is just a noisy beach with lots of mosquitoes in the month of Jan.

Worst service ever. The staff isn't polite. Made us wait for an hour & served the wrong order. Plus they have the audacity to argue that we placed the wrong order. Better to skip this restaurant!
