Kingsman Luxury Dining – A Delightful Experience We had a wonderful time at Kingsman Luxury Dining. The food quality and taste were truly impressive. We ordered Paneer Shashlik Sizzler, Corn Cheese Balls, Tomato Soup, and Paneer Tikka Pizza — every dish was flavorful, well-presented, and served hot. The sizzler, in particular, stood out for its taste and portion size. To end the meal, we enjoyed the Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream, which was perfectly done and a great dessert choice. Additionally, we played a bowling game at the venue, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a well-spent day with great food, fun activities, and a pleasant ambiance. Highly recommended for a quality dining experience with entertainment.

Visited for a friend’s birthday celebration. The food was quite good — tasty starters and a decent selection of drinks. The ambience is lively and music was upbeat, but the service was average and could definitely be more attentive. We did notice some commotion and minor fights around which affected the vibe a bit. Overall, decent for a night out with friends, but not the most peaceful place

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTRAUNT! The major issue arose when we got handed The bill and it included a service charge of 10%. Since the service was absolutely poor we felt that they shouldn't be rewarded for it. When we asked The waiter to remove it he started arguing with us saying that if I wanted to remove the service charge I couldn't pay through district. When we informed him that having a mandatory service charge is not legal he argued that if I had a problem I could take it up with zomato. What followed was 30 mins of us trying to communicate The issue with zomato at the end of which we had no other option but to pay the fees and leave. We even spoke with the manager on the reasoning behind the mandatory service charge and his reason was that since we are getting a discount through the app we should have no problem paying The fees. KINDLY DO NOT VISIT THE RESTRAUNT AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. The management have no idea on how to talk to customers and will impose their will on you regardless of how illegal it is.

Our trouble began the moment the bill arrived, with a 10% service charge added on despite the service being extremely disappointing. We felt it was completely unjustified and asked for it to be removed. Instead of helping, the waiter argued with us and claimed that removing the charge would mean we couldn’t pay using the app. When we pointed out that forcing a service charge isn’t lawful, he simply told us to raise the issue with Zomato. This led to nearly half an hour of trying to resolve the matter with customer support, which went nowhere. In the end, we were forced to pay the amount and leave. We even approached the manager to understand why the charge was being imposed, and his response was that since we had received a discount through the platform, we should be okay with paying the extra fee. Do yourself a favour and avoid this restaurant. The staff and management are rude, unprofessional, and seem to have no respect for customers or basic consumer rights.

Visited them yesterday on 12th Jan 2026, ordered multiple things, including sushi, dimsums and Singapore fried rice. The Wasabi served with sushi was of very bad quality, which made me not order any sushi post tasting. Dimsums tasted nice but they were breaking apart. Singapore fried rice tasted pretty bland, fortunately it was served with garlic chutney, so at least I didn't stay hungry. The service was pretty slow, any questions to the server was redirected to another person. The restaurant forced us to pay the service charge of Rs 500, just because we booked from zomato, even when we stated that it's illegal to do so. Overall, it was a very negative experience, wouldn't recommend at all.

Pathetic service and food, waiters have zero idea about the menu, they bring the wrong order, the quantity is a joke, it won't even suffice a kid. This all would have been fine if the food was good, but food sucks too.
