I am a regular at kirti mahal. The food here is exceptional, making it a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast Recommendation: The Sabudana Wada is a must-try - it's hands down the best I've had! South Indian Delights: Their South Indian cuisine is authentic and delicious. Don't miss the Paneer Gulistan starter - it's a flavor explosion! Main Course: The Paneer Tikka Lazeez is a standout dish, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Chinese Options: Their Chinese menu is also impressive, with dishes that are both flavorful and satisfying. Service: The service is super fast and attentive, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Overall, kirti mahal is a gem, offering an array of mouth-watering options to suit every taste. Highly recommended!"

The food was amazing at Kirti Mahal Legacy which is in Parel. I had the Indian food and chaat tems which were both yum. The service and waiters were also very warm and welcoming. The restaurant is very hygienic. Also it has a very good ambience for amazing!

My experience at Kirti Mahal was nothing short of terrible. The service was shockingly poor, driven largely by the rude and dismissive attitude of the waitstaff. A simple request for sliced onions turned into an unnecessary confrontation. The waiter flat-out refused and responded with a smug, unprofessional remark: “hum sab customers ko ek jaisa hi serve karte hai… gol wale sliced nahi cut karte…” — as if basic customization is some outrageous demand. The tone alone was enough to ruin the dining experience. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the rotis arrived painfully late, completely disrupting the meal. It showed a complete lack of coordination and respect for customers’ time. And unbelievably, there is no washroom facility. For a place in such a prime location, this is inexcusable and reflects extremely poor management standards. It’s baffling how this place has any reputation at all. Based on this experience, it’s absolutely not worth visiting. Avoid if you expect even basic courtesy or service.

very slow service....we ordered a papad, starter and a sabjiii,,,they kept us waiting for about 45 mins...the waiter said sabji was not avaialble after 45 mins of placing the order ... thats too wrongg..they have no value for customer's time. also we cancelled our order and just ate the pizza here and they kept us waiting 30 mins for the bill too ..poor service

Have to leave a review in the interest of larger public. Ordered Pav Bhaji once and now Curd rice and Ghee roast Paneer. 70% of the Ghee Roast Paneer was filled with Curry Leaves as you can see in the photo. Very Bad Experience.

The food here is pathetic. The sambhar is so sweet (sambhar is never sweet) & the chutney is very salty. The main course here also has a very pungent taste making every dish absolutely similar. A big no to this restaurant

Maine aaj masala dosa and garlic bread order Kiya tha chutney aur allo ki sabji kharab ho gayi thi or garlic bread to jaise mai pav kha rahi hu yesa lag raha tha worst experience tha

I visited with my family and I must say that the place is very unhygienic, service is too slow, people are rude. Not at all recommended.

while I order food from zomato they delivered broken seal plus all things get messed I don't like this service of this hotel
