Had been there for a quick lunch at 4.10 pm. The manager was sweet. The waiter uncle is also sweet and considerate but a little over enthusiastic. After placing an order and before our food came we wanted to change our seats since ours was very congested and we all couldn't sit but the water didn't allow. The rest was very nice. The food was fresh and hot. One Chinese starter we got was a spring roll that was very bad, so huge, too much cabbage not worth Rs 200, avoid that. Dal khichdi tadka is very nice. Veg biryani is good too. Nice experience.

Everything was perfect place,food, quality but i wasn't satisfied with quantity and it took long time to get my food I had to wait for my food .

It is nice restaurant in Mulund West. Very nice place to enjoy food. I visit this place. Food is Nice.Good option for Veg people.

The Host is too rude, there is no sense of hospitality and the staff's behaviour towards old people is not at all appropriate.

Fried rice was bakwas and even simple food like idli and uttapam was not tasty sambhar was super sweet 😔 chutney was not at all flavourful it was not even hot and fresh

A really bad experience with the person taking order. He got irritated when we asked if Sambhar will be served hot and whether Idlis will be steam hot or not? My wife ordered a dosa, and I was about to place my order, but he abruptly left to take order at another table, without asking if we want anything else. When we complained to the owner and asked for an explanation, the boss also could not get him to give an apology. He threw attitude and continued with his work. It seemed that he was the boss. We left without having anything there, as it was really insulting. Restaurants with regular customer base have no respect for customers. One customer lost does not bother them.

Most pathetic restaurant i have seen in my life. While we were having food, a lady entered with a kid and she was not feeling well, so she lied down on the sofa, and a steward immediately asked her to get up and sit even when she was requesting that she was not feeling well. They were behaving so insane & inhuman, of course no one comes to a restaurant to sleep. Extremely bad experience. Bad service, rude & arrogant stewards & management. Never ever going to such non welcoming place again.

Had taken a Dahi wadai parcel. The wadai was so hard wonder how many days back was it made. I had taken it for my Dad in after first bite he refused to eat. I never faced such quality issue from Kirti Mahal. How much can a person stoop for money. They can't make even fresh wadai despite changing 100+ for 2 pieces.

The service is really really very slow , just for two things we had to wait for one hour. Jain chhole has the gravy of Punjabi paneer sabji. It tasted really weird like I'm eating some paneer sabji. Pizza was also not great. Little to no filling.
