This is an ideal breakfast or brunch place. I had scrambled eggs with mushrooms which was served with 2 slices of sour dough bread. The eggs were creamy and cooked to my liking. The berry panna cotta is really really good! I really recommend having it. The berries are really fresh and provide the right amount of tartness which goes really well with the panna cotta!

My day is incomplete without the Flat White Coffee from KG. Excellent service and courtesies by Jyoti. Their Sandwiches, Protein Pots and Cakes are really awesome. They have consistently maintained their food quality and service.

On the 1st of Jan, with a view to start the year with a light healthy meal at lunch, a friend and I set off for Kitchen Garden by Suzette at Bandra Kurla Complex. In the same complex, Maker Maxity, that houses Le Pain Qoutidien. It was buzzing with a young crowd- similar to the Le Pain crowd- mostly bright and affluent young employees of the offices in the complex ( I think Google has an office in the Complex). A crowd that is looking for healthy and fashionable food. The first glance took me back many years to ‘Just around the Corner’ in Bandra West when it had first opened ( since then that place has changed radically) — salad bar and pay upfront system. It’s a small place bright because of full length glass on two sides. The service is reasonably brisk. We had a sandwich with falafel in it and a small pot with edamame, black rice and micro greens. The Sour dough slice was excellent- fresh and satisfying. The sandwich was a large one and filling. The small pot is a couple of fancy bites that leaves you feeling nice that you ate healthy, nothing more. Kitchen Garden makes its own Sour dough three times a day. The place is essentially breakfast focused. Good for breakfast with eggs, bread, crepes, yogurt, granolas, cold pressed juices, sandwiches, salads, smoothies and desserts. The tea they offer is from Dharmsala Tea Company. A reasonable mix of coffees. When the bread is done well it’s a good place to go to. The pricing is stiff - a breakfast of eggs and toast or a sandwich accompanied by Coffee would set you back by about 6-800 rupees depending upon your choice. This is a good addition to Mumbai and the philosophy claimed is fresh, organic and healthy. Feel like one of those breakfasts head there.

Pleasant place for healthy food. This is inside Maker Maxity in BKC. Very crowded in the afternoon from 1230 so be prepared for a long queue. Had the Italian Salad, Greek Salad, and Chicken Sandwich. Burrata was a little sour, but that may just be my taste. All ingredients were fresh and enjoyable. Felt somewhat overpriced, but again, that may be a matter of preference.

We tried the avocado toast. Although i must say its quite expensive even by bandra standards. But definitely would recommend if u can afford it.

I just went here to have a good tea as my throat was sore and was left fairly disappointed. I was just served a warm water and a literal store bought tea bag. I had my AI friend express my poetic disappointment at this: --- A cup of gold, a brew so bland, A bitter taste in every strand. Overpriced and underwhelmed, A tea that leaves delight dispelled. No fragrance rich, no soothing sip, Just hollow notes upon my lip. I paid a price, but not for this, A tepid brew, a joy amiss. So here I leave my honest plea, Avoid this costly, tasteless tea. ---
