The food was up to the mark, ordered the chicken basil sandwich which is a must try along with the apple compote crepe. Though expected a finely grained apple mixture- which was served the last time I visited, received chunks of apple so it was a bit of a disappointment.

I have been ordering Almond Milk Latte since 2017 regularly, incl Covid times. I have seen the prices rise from 250 to today 393 (incl. taxes) Recently i have given up on coffee, and very kind of BKC Maker Maxcity staff (my regular vendor) to suggest hot Almond Milk with Cinnamon + Jaggery and Turmeric. All of this costed only ₹189 (incl. taxes). Today when i ordered same thing from Juhu branch they charged me ₹472.50 per portion. Since i ordered 2, i paid 945. I did raise a concern but they didnt pay any heed and since i had my ailing father with me and wanted to rush i didnt argue much But here i wud like to point out that a normal Almond milk latte is ₹393 (dine-in or takeway) and ₹430 on zomato. Given such rates how on earth did the Juhu outlet charge me ₹472.5 for a Almond Milk without Coffee, add cinnamon, jaggery and turmeric. I am raising this concern because being a regular customer since 8 yrs i know the pricing. Would be good to understand if this is fair and if not, then whats corrective course of action

1. The cutlery was unwashed and had food stuck to it and when I flagged this to one of the team members, she was unapologetic and just ignored us. 2. We had given specific instructions for the bowl at the billing counter and we had repeated them twice and they still screwed up 3. I asked for the vegan tart and they told me it was not available whereas when I checked later it was available on their delivery menu online. So either they didn't care enough to check or the delivery menu was not updated. Apparently all their egg free/vegan dessert options weren't available. I had been going to Kitchen Garden Juhu before I moved to another part of the city. I was excited to go back to my favourite cafes but left feeling utterly disappointed and don't think I'll be going back. I've been going to the BKC outlet and I've never faced anything like this there. I do agree with the bad service reviews. The team was just too disinterested and cold.

Got there and tried to make my own sandwich, the person was not helpful or kind at all, ordered it and told them specifically to toast the bread with cheese and not grill the sandwich later, took them 20-25 mins on not a busy night where I was the only table there to make my sandwich and make it wrong, I politely told them this is not what I asked for and could they fix it, they took it and got the same sandwich back more grilled and crispier against of what I had asked them to do, and then wouldn't understand the problem of what I wanted, horrible staff and no form of proper communication etiquette, would not expect this level of service where i have the option to make my own sandwich and pay 1000 for it and still not have it done well, really disappointing

Visited Kitchen Garden expecting healthy food. The avocado sandwich was fresh and good, but the mushroom crepe recommended by the staff was extremely salty and loaded with butter. It made me feel bloated and acidic, which is disappointing for a place that claims to serve healthy food. Also, the staff was not welcoming and seemed quite uninterested, which affected the overall experience. When you’re charging around ₹650 for a dish, the kitchen should be more careful with seasoning and preparation. ⭐ Even the mosquitoes made the ambience worst

Ordered lunch today and worst food ever! Pls refund the money and stop cooking! The meal was a complete disaster and cannot imagine anything could be worse than what was sent terribly terrible

tried their iced coffee and matcha. it tasted just okay. after a while i and my friend both felt quite sick. do not recommend.

I had the Avocat Crepe and Iced Mocha and within hours ended up with food poisoning. Will never visit again! 👎
