We recently visited Kohana and had an amazing experience.Located at the heart of Powai Chandivali easily accessible Started of with their signature drinks Mr Shindi & Fukui Sippon. Both were so balanced and refreshing. For appetisers, we had Chicken & cheese dumpling & Wok tossed pepper chicken. Itwas fiery, peppery and so delicious.For mains, we had Yaki soba noddles which was filled with veggies and chicken, the texture was springy and full of flavours along with Murg makhani and Nan. One word delicious. Completed the meal with a desert and for that I got the Rasberry & Choclate mousse, which looked so beautiful, was chocolatey and so yum. The interiors here are so pretty. The way to the entrance is so majestic. This place is perfect to go on a date, or with your friends or family. Definately would recommend you to visit this restaurant!

Located near Chandivali Studio, Kohana is more than just a restaurant; it’s a gentle escape. The Bali-meets-Goa vibe is spot on. What we loved: Nut and Seed Crusted Jalapeño Cheese Pops: A must-try starter! Great texture and satisfyingly cheesy. Yellow Chilli Paneer & Asparagus Tikka: A unique twist on tikka—creamy and smoky. Verdure Premium Veg Pizza: Fresh veggies on a light, wood-fired crust. Drinks: The mocktails here are crafted with care. Passion Honoo was our favorite—vibrant and zesty. Dessert: The Chocolate Sundae with its Belgian chocolate scoops and caramel-drizzled cone was the perfect sweet finish. Whether you're here for the Pan-Asian specialties or the modern Indian fusion, the presentation is 10/10. Great spot for anyone looking for aesthetic interiors and quality food in Powai.

If you’re looking for a place in Mumbai that serves aesthetic interiors + well-curated Asian flavours, Kohana is a solid pick. The ambience instantly sets the mood—minimal yet luxurious, perfect for date nights or a chill evening out. The presentation of dishes is on point, and the menu has a good mix of flavours that actually stand out. What I personally loved was how the experience feels premium without trying too hard—good music, great vibe, and food that complements it perfectly. Definitely one of those places you’d come back to, not just for the food but for the whole vibe.

A beautiful aesthetic restaurant in Powai with amazing vibes and good service. The pesto pizza was soft and cheesy, while the grilled mushrooms spaghetti was decent but slightly salty. The crispy corn cake was the highlight — super soft and a must-try! Paneer lababdar with naan was rich and flavorful, perfect for vegetarians. Drinks were great, Overall, a really good experience. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Powai! 👍

The Food here was amazing, great service. Love the ambience. Kohana Dynamite prawns were superb. Loved the Kerala Fried Fish n Chips. In Desserts do not miss the Tiramisu. Overall fantastic dining experience just amazing

The food quality was actually quite good, but unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. We booked via District and were initially seated at a lovely table, only to be asked to move minutes later because the server claimed it was already 'taken.' Being forced to relocate after settling in was incredibly awkward. To make matters worse, we were moved to a massive 16-person banquet table; sitting as a duo among so many empty chairs felt very uncomfortable. Additionally, the prices are quite steep for the portion sizes. Between the poor management and the high cost, I won't be returning.

We went for our booking and were told we can’t be served because our kitchen is not operational, and we don’t know until what time. My friend travelled from Thane to Powai to have dinner, & had such cold response.
