I was traveling from Pune to CST via train and I specially got down at Dadar to have Surmai thali at this place. I was not disappointed a bit as the service is fast and staff is very friendly. Food tastes awesome and I would recommend this place for sea food thalis. They have an AC room as well and there were couples/families having their food so it is good for families as well!

Delicious southern India cuisine Fish Thali was well done, and so were the chicken tikka, papads and the soup. They even serve alcohol, so a beer works well on a hot weekday afternoon. The place is a bit small, but rest is all perfect. #FishThali #ChickenTikka #SweetCornSoup #Papad #Beer #Kingfisher

Yummy food. Had ordered surmai thali, paplet thali, bombil thali along with prawns masala. Too good taste and portion size.

As we went for the shopping to Dadar .. and found this tiny place near shivaji mandir , it’s one of the oldest and famous place to eat .. and fish is there speciality. I’ll recommend this place for non veg and also try solkadhi. Disadvantage- no washroom is there .

Small but nice restaurant. Best for konkani dishes. Biryani is my all time favourite dish here. Must try fish fry in starter's. staff is quite uncooperative otherwise nice

The Ambience is a casual dining. Service was very quick and neat. Food Eice was cery dry, No rice bhakri or vade available after being served a konkan food. Hence couldnot relish the authenticity of the cuisine. Rice was dry and didnt compliment the gravy Gravy was grainy and untrained, a smooth consistency could have made a Pleasant gravy. Fish was very fresh and cooked very well. Spending Rs220/- for a thali is not worth at all. The cashier/ manager was in a hurry to close the billing when he saw there are diners inside. Feel pitty for such restaurants who doesn't respect the customers and expect for a good business.

Have been here twice. Had a very bad experience the second time. The fish fry was oily and stale, and the staff was noncourteous. On top of everything, we waited in line for almost an hour only to be told that they wont serve certain items as the kitchen was a out to close. Gomantak, just on the opposite side of the road, is much much better.

Pathetic food pathetic staff This is the first time when a Waiter was so arrogant and kept repeating "aur kuch chahye to jaldi bolo hotel band karna hai varna kuch nhi milega badme" even before we started eating
