very bad experience... there was no adequate staff...the sevice took almost 45 mins...we had ordered chicken sandwich and it was pathetic...they need to really improve on all aspects

Visited this place just last week, its a downright con place with thirdclass service and food quality, and prices of a class hotel. Arrogance is topnotch which can only be compared with their uncaring attitude. They accept payment only in cash with no card or online facility . They make no bills whu h shows they pay no taxes and siphone money. This place needs to be shut down as they cheat their customers in eveeyway. Not worth even a cuppa chai. Dont step in !

Extremely below average. These people didn't have most things on the menu. the food that they had was also below average. The service is extremely slow. The only decent thing was probably their Bun Maska which you can literally get anywhere. Not worth visiting.

if I could rate them below 1 star.. I would happily do that. the waiters turned out to be the rudest immature kids. despite being an irani cafe, the tea and coffee were the worst things I had so far after paying the price. extremely disappointed.

TAKE CASH. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS OR E-WALLETS. Food is below average. Kheema was sweet. One of the worst maggi I ever had. Staff acts like they are doing us a big meherbani by serving us. Very disinterested in service. Absolutely hyped.

The food was below average, the service was worst, the waiter was extremely rude and when demanded for the bill he showed the calculator and advised to see it on the calculator!

Waiting for 45 hours to just order food, tried speaking to the arrogant owner multiple times, finally left the restaurant and went to Banana leaf across the road.

Charged me everything at a higher price (3 times) for a takeaway order. Fraudulent behaviour. The lady at the counter and the staff will ruin this place.
