I ordered chicken tikka and chicken mandi, both were okay. Mandi was not as per the expectations. Though the vibe was amazing but the food was completely bland and it didn't have much taste at all

very bad experience i suggest do not visit with kids here staff and manager are not at cooperative at all we go yesterday at koyla for our party it was huge party of 15 peoples we had faced lots of issues there management of this hotel is not good at all the person who taking order had misguide us about food portion he said portion quantity is for 2-3 ppls which was for atlist 5-6 ppls we order lot of food which was almost west i booked table before visit we reach on time still we had wait till 2hrs for table after so long waiting arrogant staff of this hotel did not assist us properly even they not served food on table as they said order everything together bcz this will be last order no one was available there to service fried rice which was we ordered was extremely bad even they did not care about kids also no service at all very very disjointed by the service

Worst food. Manager is arrogant and least bothered to attend. First he was roaming around in the restaurant and was kept waiting at the door saying that only once he comes, he will take the entry, then while the whole restaurant was empty, he said that booking is must and they cannot accommodate. Once I booked table from Zomato, they were like, you have to go for small table while all the tables were empty. Then again the food quality is very bad specifically mutton. When complained, the manager said that this is as per the servings to the whole restaurant and they will inform the management but cannot do anything as staff.

The service was extremely disappointing. The server came but did not even light the candle I had to remind him twice and eventually I had to ask for a lighter and do it myself. We ordered a chicken starters platter, but the quality was very poor. The chicken was hard, had a bad smell and did not seem fresh at all. The chicken tikka was completely burnt. Even basic service was lacking—our water finished and no one came to refill it. We had to call the staff again Overall, very poor service and food quality. Not recommended

Food is good. Over priced and pathetic service. Utensils were very stinky. Told them to get plastic glasses about 7 times they got it at the end of dinner. Had ordered for biryani and raita came after finishing the biryani. Ps: Raita is chargeable at around ₹250 Pathetic Experience.

Horrible experience. Waited for food and hukkah and the waiters are least interested in service despite booking. The manager is not courteous
