My friend recently ordered the Special Thali along with the Jeera Rice and Dal combo, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. The food was of shockingly low quality — the entire meal seemed stale and poorly handled. The paneer was rubbery and hard, making it nearly impossible to eat, while the jeera rice lacked flavor, aroma, and freshness. Even the dal felt diluted and reheated. It’s deeply concerning that such food is being served to customers. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially on a platform like Zomato. I strongly urge Zomato to reassess this restaurant’s standards and take appropriate action. Customers should not have to pay for meals that are clearly not fresh or safe to consume. What was meant to be a simple meal ended up being a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

this is a second time it's happening with me.... my first order was special thali but there is one sabji The puri was bad and there was a very bad smell coming from it, but it was the first time, that's why I ignored... but still this come again today I order paneer fried rice with crispy veg... And there is not even a single paneer or piece of paneer in the Paneer Fried Rice and the Krissy Veg has such a nasty taste. I don't like it... If they don't provide good service then please don't buy it. packing was also not good... Either you improve or you stop.

Krishna hotel वरून कोणिही झोमॅटो वरून ऑर्डर देऊ नये चपाती कच्ची भाजी पाण्या सारखी काही च कॉलिटी नाही मी ऑर्डर दिली होती मला पार्सल मिळाले पण काहीच क्वालिटी नाही मी जसेच्या तसे टाकून दिले आणि माझा खूप मुड खराब झाला आहे

My order was delayed by 40 mins and they didn't picked up the calls also they are so mean. I had a talk to the delivery boy so he told me that they are looking to the coustomer who are there in the hotel n not to the online orders means if you are so much busy then don't take the order's only na man the online coustomers are made what to order . I m really very very much disappointed by this behaviour of them n the service worst service...

Ordered kaju paneer, dal tadka, stream rice and butter roti, they gave it without kaju, butter roti was uncooked and no butter not ever oil daal tadka was totally smelling bad maybe it was packed one day ago do not order from this place boy cott this place now
