I had a very disappointing experience during my last two visits to this restaurant. I had already shared feedback with the reception team during my previous visit, but unfortunately there seems to have been no improvement. The restaurant management appears unable to handle customer volume, especially on weekends. While delays in service can still be tolerated by loyal customers like us, poor food quality is simply unacceptable. During my visit on 24th May, I noticed that almost 40% of the customers around us were complaining about the food quality and service. Instead of resolving issues professionally, the staff kept blaming the kitchen team and the head chef. We requested the on-duty manager to intervene, but even after waiting for nearly 30 minutes, no action was taken. Eventually, we had to leave the restaurant in the middle of our dinner. Sadly, this was not just our experience — many other customers seemed equally frustrated.

One of the worst service, I visited them 3 times, first time it was good, then OK and last time they took almost 50 minutes to serve an when served then all items were chilled. Again today on their promise of improved service, I booked for my daughter Birthday celebration yesterday but in last minute they started asking for additional charges for decoration than promised and unfairly high Deposits in last hour. This is very very disappointing. I would never recommend this restaurant. There is plenty of Pure veg in Vashi which provides good service so ignore this restaurant at any cost

Despite sharing feedback during our previous visit, management failed to fix major service delays during our 1 hour and 45-minute stay. While loyal customers might tolerate a wait, serving poor-quality food is completely unacceptable. During our dinner on May 24th, the staff handled widespread complaints by simply deflecting blame onto the kitchen team. After raising the issue and waiting 30 minutes for a non-responsive manager to intervene, we were ultimately forced to walk out.
