A recent visit to Kuai Kitchen reaffirmed why it continues to be one of Mumbai’s most dependable destinations for modern Asian dining. Having been regular patrons over time, what stands out most is not just the food but the remarkable consistency in taste, quality, and overall experience with every single visit.Tucked in the heart of Bandra, the space strikes a fine balance between casual comfort and understated sophistication, perfect for both intimate meals and lively gatherings. What truly sets Kuai Kitchen apart is its precision and reliability in flavour, technique, and execution. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a wide spectrum of pan Asian favourites while maintaining authenticity without overwhelming the palate. We began with their dimsums, where the Prawn Har Gow stood out for its delicate wrapper and juicy, well seasoned filling. The Truffle Edamame Dumplings added a more indulgent, aromatic note, subtle yet luxurious. The Chicken Wontons in Chilli Oil delivered comfort with a punch, balancing heat and umami beautifully. From the starters, the Crispy Lotus Stem Honey Chilli was undeniably addictive, perfectly crisp with a glaze that hits the sweet spicy note just right. The Sesame Prawn Toast was indulgent and texturally satisfying, while the classic Chilli Chicken remained a dependable crowd favourite.Their sushi selection deserves special mention. The Prawn Tempura Roll and Dynamite Roll were fresh, well constructed, and generously flavoured, easily among the stronger offerings in the city at this price point. For mains, the Pan Fried Noodles brought together crunch and comfort in every bite, while the Tom Yum Fried Rice stood out with its fragrant, tangy profile, layered with lemongrass and subtle spice. Even the simpler Chilli Garlic Noodles were executed with precision, proving that the kitchen pays attention to fundamentals. And then came the highlight, the Toffee Banana dessert. Crisp on the outside, warm and caramelised within, it’s a dish that lingers long after the meal ends. A perfect conclusion.Equally commendable is the service, attentive, well informed, and genuinely warm without being intrusive. The staff understands the menu well and guides you thoughtfully through the experience. In a city overflowing with dining options, Kuai Kitchen continues to stand its ground with consistent quality, bold yet balanced flavours, and an experience you can rely on every time.A place you return to, not just for the food, but for the assurance that it will always deliver.

We finally tried the OG Kuai Kitchen, known to be a favourite of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan — and honestly, the Asian flavours here totally live up to the hype. From comforting Chinese classics to bold Asian bites, it’s the kind of place one will keep coming back to. Their dumplings, sushi & desserts are a must try.

This place introduced me by my friend Sriracha chicken dumplings 5/5 Spring rolls 3/5 (Not worth the price) And Red Thai curry and steamed rice was nice 5/5 The service was quick and staff was also courteous The only thing is that they should serve the rice along with curry.

Good quality ingredients used, but slightly on a salty side, need to tell them to use less salt.

Horrible horrible the staff has gotten. I requested them to add burnt garlic topping on my blue pea fried rice, the server refused I said okay please call the manager because the manager knows us and he greeted us accordingly, the manager came and started shouting at us saying we have never done this I'm here since 2 years I have never seen you, when he has clearly seen me. All I asked for was to add burnt garlic on the rice as a topping which they usually do for home delivery orders and in restaurant too. It's sad how you treat your regular customers this way, Pankaj, the manager said put the reviews it doesn't matter. Which means our order doesn't matter. Did not expect this from them. He was literally screaming when I was with my 2 younger siblings who were kids. He said okay I have cancelled your order and we had to leave.

We waited for more than an hour and still did not get a table. The staff looked very confused and the manager was also very rude and not at all helpful. They did not bother to call us and they expected us to stand outside the restaurant for almost one and half hour for them to call out our name and give us a table.

Used to absolutely love their food but something is very wrong. Made the grim mistake of ordering sushi on Saturday. The order came with the most ridiculous packing and no dry ice! Tasted quite off and gave us a bad stomach infection. Definitely not going near this place again.
