The staff here is very rude and unprofessional, and serves customers as if they are doing us a favor. Paying 500 for a khunafa and asking to serve pistachios on the side made them want us to leave. I don't care or know if the food is good, but basic customer service is the least we can ask for.

I recently ordered the Milk Chocolate Kunafa Pistachio Hubba Cake, expecting a rich, indulgent dessert experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete letdown. First and foremost, the quality of the cake was subpar—it was stale and lacked the freshness one would expect from a premium dessert. The pistachios weren’t crushed properly, making the texture unpleasant, and the paste itself felt poorly made. The biggest disappointment was the lack of chocolate. Despite being advertised as a Milk Chocolate dessert, there was no chocolate filling, no chocolate flavor, nothing remotely close to what was promised. Instead, it was just a bland pistachio mixture that failed to deliver on taste. And speaking of taste—this was supposed to be a sweet dish, yet it had barely any sweetness at all. It felt incomplete, almost as if key ingredients were missing. Overall, this was a waste of money and a truly horrible experience. I would never recommend this to anyone. If you’re considering trying it, trust me—skip it and go for something else. Genuinely had an horrible experience with this.

Okay I have been here a few times and never been disappointed until yesterday night 28/8/24. I made an order and within 30 sec i decided to change my order to a different which infact was more expensive and No the cooking wasn't even began. we requested staff to change the order which he rudely denied and said no changes we were soft spoken at first but he was did same again until we started to reply to him in his tone and now decided to cancel the order and leave to which he denied. now to not to lose the money I said go ahead prepare whatever and we wanted to leave and then request to speak to a High in command person to which a average order take said no one was above him in chain of command. then with a little ruckus he decided to call someone in management who then got the order cancelled the tiff was for clear 15 mins. I loved their food but will not visit again for this behaviour and coming from a restaurant background ik this isn't the management fault but bad hiring. We then went to Sna churros adjacent and had a well served and good to taste desserts.

Being a dessert lover, I've been craving to try Kunafas from the Kunafa World ever since I saw them pitch the venture on Shark Tank India. Best kunafas from middle easten india have recently in collaboration with cafe duco have launched 2 kunafas. Nolen gur tres leches and triple chocolate mudpie . They also have thr yummiest kunafas snd a wide range to choose from

This one particular man named Jeevan is extremely sarcastic and horrible in customer service. I have never had issues in the past but this needs to be highlighted.. you cant just be unprofessional and rude to your customers. Sarcasm especially is not going to be tolerated
