There was not much food items to order from and the service was poor and they didnt have proper filtered drinking water instead they were pushing us to have a bottled water which was of 200 rupees , they also didnt have take away containers to parcel the food and they applied service tax on the bill even though it is illegal to charge it and i also found a small metal wire in the food

I booked through zomato and was alloted table by staff. After some time some crowd came and staff asked us to shift to another table without assigning another table to sit giving reason this table is reserved however there was no "Reserved" sign and when we informed your staff only alloted this table ; this person said the customer has already paid hefty amount so you shift and didnt assign another table also to sit.We preferred to leave from there where thia no appropriate hospitality

Worst experience. The staff are clearly not well-trained and need to be taught how to communicate with customers respectfully. We genuinely pay to enjoy our food and have a good experience, not to listen to unnecessary and disrespectful remarks from the staff. Very disappointing service and definitely something the management needs to address.

very bad services not listing take a long time they was saying wait 10 mins then to taken 30 mins more I canal order when making payment they not allowing to pay from zomato person giving me scanner to pay on that I didn't done i done from app of zomato person was saying y did on that total mood off

we order 2 food item. 1 veg seek kabab and the other was sushi. the time from which I order and even by 2 hr we didn't receive till the time we said him to cancel. if the item are not available please inform the same at 1st place. very bad experience

Worst experience ever! They don’t even allow you to drink water from your own bottle and force customers to buy overpriced bottled water inside. This is completely unreasonable and feels like a money-making tactic. Very disappointing.

THEY DEMAND COMPULSORY SERVICE CHARGE AND GST ON SERVICE CHARGE!!!? I had to legally make them understand this. Food options are extremely limited and not fresh. even the interiors and upholstery are not clean and sanitized.

Rude staff. Bluntly says if you have zomato booking u can only sit for two hours after that we will ask you get up and leave
