The food was good in terms of quality and quantity as well. We went in afternoon so can’t say much about vibe but order was served within 4-5 mins which was also a good thing as we were running late. One cab try La Flame Special mocktail.

Our experience at LA Flame was very good. Good food, they were short of the drinks that we asked for but the alternatives suggested was also good. Santosh took very good care of us. Hope to visit again.

went with my family to have dinner. it was a pathetic experience as the service was very slow. The number of guests was more and the service was slow. They did not even serve water in the first place. Masala papad took half an hour to arrive.

average food slow service the food taste is inconsistent. the chinese isn't appropriate as per order. there are better options near mulund and for the price

Starters were good (spring roll,chulmuke mashroom) ,main course (soya chaap) was not good. Service is not that good wait time was too much even for roti's.

The food quality was a 10/10 but one thing that has led us to a negative feedback is how the hotel person misled us for the non-veg platter. The Non-Veg Platter costed 1775rs. We clearly asked the person what all will be included in that platter to which he said Chicken as well as Prawns & Rawas. We asked him if Prawns could be replaced to which he said it could be replaced with Rawas. We agreed. So now, ideally, we were supposed to be charged for the Non-Veg Platter on the menu. When we saw the bill, they had charged us Rs.2455 being the price for Seafood Platter. When confronted, he said that charge is of "Non-Veg Mix Platter" which was nowhere on the Menu. He says maine bola tha mix platter hai aur aapko cost puchna chahiye tha. How are we supposed to know that we're about to be charged for a platter which is not even there on the menu?! He said, "Seafood platter ka charge lagaaya hai". He didn't accept his mistake and we ultimately had to pay the extra amount. Is this dirty word game justified? You literally didn't have that platter mentioned on your Menu. It had "Non-Veg Platter" & "Seafood Platter". We had asked about the "Non-Veg Platter". How are we at fault? I'm attaching a picture of the bill as well as the menu. Either update your Menu or stop these dirty word games. Highly disappointed.

drinks bill which was to be pais without discount was not accepted by zomata payment by restaurant neither did they accept with CRED. it was for the restaurant to take care of raising 2 seprate bills for same table and then giving reasons for payment being at 7day interval from zomato. dull ambience with some visiting cockroch

The staff is quite unprofessional, always inattentive even though there’s 10 waiters at any given moment and no customers(no wonder why), they don’t accept payments through Zomato and insist on paying offline. The whole vibe of the place is shady and the staff behaves accordingly.

Worst place ever, while ordering they tell us u can not order drinks under offer of zomato then after one hour they come and tell us offer time is over. Full empty even in evening, while we were leaving only one table occupied with 3 guys. This is first such experience in my life.
