Extremely slow service. I ordered for a coffee, waited for 30 mins after which they informed me that it wasn’t available. Then I ordered a mocha- which lacked both chocolate and coffee. Extremely disappointing

Visited this place on a weekday. Ordered an eggs benedict. Presentation wise it was a 2 on 10.. Just a egg on the bread with sauce on side. The egg literally was stone cold. Could hardly take a bite. On enquiring if the dish was freshly prepared, I was told that the eggs were boiled in the morning. It definitely took my appetite away.

We walked in when there was only one other table occupied. Black coffee served luke warm. The milkshake was really poor taste and not chilled. Their service was lagging, as if they were running a full house. Refuse to even acknowledge that there's a quality issue. absolutely overpriced for sub par quality. Never again.

Took very long to service. Basic things like water are not giving on time, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. I had the jalapeño and cheese, croissant and cold coffee, but I don’t know if it was the ingredients or what, but I ended up throwing up immediately after and felt very uneasy later. I felt sick and had a very upset stomach for a day. I did not eat anything after this. Overall, a very bad experience in terms of service and food quality.

One of the simplest ways to test a bakery/patisserie is the basic croissant, since it needs a lot of love and attention to get right. I found the croissant at laduree spectacularly underwhelming, no crackle in the crust, with the layers inside all flattened to a dinner roll consistency. There was hardly a hint of butter.  To make things worse they offered to heat it in a microwave, which afaik is terrible for croissants because it leaves then rubbery and hard.  No question of trying anything else, for sure.

A truly elegant experience! Ladurée perfectly blends Parisian charm with indulgent treats. From the moment you step in, the interiors transport you straight to a chic café on the Champs-Élysées. The macarons are, of course, the highlight—delicate, flavorful, and absolutely worth the hype. I also tried their croissants and a pistachio éclair, and both were rich, buttery, and beautifully presented. The service was courteous and warm, and the overall ambiance makes it an ideal spot for both casual luxury and special occasions. Definitely a must-visit for dessert lovers and anyone who appreciates fine café culture.

Ladurée, founded in 1862 by Louis Ernest Ladurée in Paris, began as a bakery on rue Royale. After a 1871 fire, it became a pastry shop. Jeanne Souchard pioneered the tea room concept. Pierre Desfontaines invented the double-decker macaron in the 1930s, cementing Ladurée’s global fame. I visited Ladurée at Jio World Plaza, Mumbai, and it was a delightful experience. Famous for their macarons, they didn’t disappoint—crisp, flavorful, and perfectly delicate. I tried the mango tart, which was refreshing with a buttery crust. The avocado burrata was creamy and fresh, paired beautifully with crisp bread. Their pasta was cooked al dente, with a rich, comforting sauce. The croissant sandwich was flaky and packed with fresh ingredients, while the ice cream sandwich was a fun, indulgent treat. The service was lovely, with staff being attentive and warm. The ambiance is stunning—elegant yet cozy, with soft lighting and chic decor that makes you feel special. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and experience. Ladurée is perfect for a luxurious treat or a special occasion. Highly recommend.

We ordered for the croissant and a coffee. We shared a feedback that the croissant served was burnt to which the team politely informed that they would exchange the same with another one as the one we ordered was over. We waited for 10 mins, however since there was no response, we cleared the bill and left.
