Had the loveliest experience at Late Checkout. From the ambience to the food, everything was genuinely so well done — lovely flavours, perfectly à la dente dishes, and such a warm atmosphere overall. Recently celebrated my birthday here and the hospitality honestly made the evening even more special. Special shoutout to Kartik Shetty, who was handling our table. He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the night. We accidentally spilled a drink, and he handled it so gracefully, cleaned everything immediately, kept checking on us timely, and made sure our experience stayed perfect till the end. Big kudos to him and the entire team for making the celebration feel so comfortable and memorable. If you’re looking for a special birthday dinner spot, Late Checkout definitely has to be on your list.

The owners of Late Checkout seem to have taken the phrase “hidden gem” a bit too seriously. The entrance through the narrow lanes of Todi Mills is quite a challenge, but the result at the end of it is quite rewarding. We entered looking for a serious cocktail place and were not disappointed. We tried almost all of their cocktails, and here’s our ranking: The true misses were: Happy Accidents — extremely sweet and fruity, and it wasted the Monkey 47 in it. No Closure — too flowery, to the point that it felt like it had no balance. Now for the absolute bangers: Missing Trust Fund — sweet and savoury at the same time. Can drink this all day. Slow Roast — easily the most drinkable cocktail I have ever had. Main Character Energy — brilliantly balanced the spirit and the plum liqueur. The Old Me — transformed the whiskey base into a delight on the palate. This Is Not a Martini — the most serious of the lot, but I think it missed the balance by a notch. A bit too dry. Coming to the food menu: It’s quite extensive, and yet all three appetizers we ordered were not exceptional. This is the reason why the place loses a star in our opinion. The desserts were delicious, but not exceptional. The service levels were good. The staff was attentive and engaging. Would highly recommend to any cocktail lover. Go there for the drinks and stay for the drinks.

Great service , great reccos by the staff . Place is spread out so not claustrophobic. Beautifully done . Cocktails r a must try

Trash service. Decided to stay after an average meal for some cocktails which looked decent. Server asked us to move to another table for this, no problem. Other table came with extremely poor service that required at least 5 reminders from us for a drink that they seemed to chronically forget. Within minutes of the drink arriving, an extremely ill mannered waiter in a jacket demands us to leave, as this table they placed us on was also apparently booked out. We say sure we’ll try to finish our drinks in a few minutes, the guy says “no, you have to leave the table right away we will not wait even 30 seconds” so we ask him to at least bring the bill so we can pay which seemed to further upset him, he stands there shamelessly till it arrives and we pay. In hindsight, we should have just gotten up and left without requesting for the bill considering this trashy behaviour.

Extremely disappointing experience at The Late Checkout. We had made a prior reservation and even paid in advance, expecting a comfortable dinner outing. However, when we arrived, we were given an extremely tiny table with two people practically seated on top of us due to how cramped the arrangement was. We politely requested the lady at the reception for a slightly bigger table, especially since there were several empty tables available. Despite informing her that I am pregnant, she showed absolutely no concern or empathy and bluntly refused to accommodate us. We had planned our entire day around this dinner, only to end up leaving without dining because the seating was so uncomfortable. Very sad behavior from the staff and an extremely disappointing customer experience overall.

Very disappointed with the staff Who did not co operate with the booking. The restaurant was having tables available but yet since we reached late by 20 mins, they kept asking us to leave because we were late. We could see that 4-5 tables were empty yet the staff was not courteous. But keeping the staff aside, the place is amazing, food is very good. I think a better staff training would be highly recommended
