The first thing which catches your eye is the space of the restaurant.. it's big and comfortable overlooking the sea at a distance.. The breakfast buffet spread is like any other 5 star property. Dosa, chole bhature and paneer parathe tasted delicious...other items can be improved a lot. really disappointed with the bakery section.. none of the cakes, croissant stood out..with a brand name like mariott expectations are not met at all. service was ok.. they kept on asking but cudnt deliver anything in reasonable time.. white Coffee mugs were dirty from outside. had to remind them twice .. not expected. Billing took a lot of time and multiple reminders. overall worth once a visit just for the purpose of bucket list.

The sushi was dry, the sweets were dry as well. The overall quality of the food was okay okay, didn't expect it to be okay for the price we paid, hence 3 star.

Food was not at all worth the amount they have charged, most of the food was salty and not freshly made, fish was smelling, service was so slow, dhaba and small restaurants are better eg. Panjab Grill, Pratab ka dhaba. We have regret to go to JW for Dinner. Bad food.

The food at Lotus Café was good and the restaurant staff were courteous, but the overall experience was spoiled by a very disappointing incident. While my wife was having lunch, I took my young son for a short walk near the garden/poolside area to keep him occupied. After a few minutes, a staff member approached us and asked for our room number. When I informed him that we were dining at the restaurant and not staying at the hotel, we were told to leave the area immediately as it was only for in-house guests. The issue is not the policy itself, but the way it was handled. There were no visible signs or notices indicating that the area was restricted. Being asked to leave while spending time with my child felt embarrassing and unwelcoming. For a luxury hotel, I expected far better hospitality and guest experience. What should have been a pleasant family lunch ended on a disappointing note.
