Had a really nice experience at Love & Latte. The cafe has such a cozy vibe and I love that they keep experimenting with different coffees, hot chocolate drinks, and seasonal specials. One thing that really stood out to me is that they also let you choose different brewing styles like pour over and French press, which makes the experience feel a lot more personalized for coffee lovers. The cafe has two different seating levels, and I personally loved the upper seating area. The spiral staircase leading upstairs adds such a nice touch, and the seating there is comfortable and great for just relaxing or catching up with someone. The lower level near the ordering space has more desk-style seating as well. Their latte is honestly my favorite here, and the mocha frappe was absolutely amazing. They also have a good selection of desserts, puffs, and small food items to go along with the drinks. Overall, a lovely cafe in Oshiwara with good coffee, great vibes, and a comfortable space to spend time in.

I had ordered coffee from Love and Latte, Oshiwara. The first coffee was a bit too strong for my taste, but the staff immediately sent me another one without any hassle. The replacement coffee was perfect—smooth, delicious, and exactly how I like it. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. A special thanks to Ritik and Azhar for being so polite, helpful, and professional. Their quick response and great attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend Love and Latte, Oshiwara, not just for the quality of their coffee but also for their outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Ambience was great. Food was alright- chilli cheese toast was not good, but the hummus wrap was great. Coffee tiramisu was also great.

food was below average. a lot of room for improvement. only good part was ambiance. The pasta tasted straight from the packet. Hot coffee was served in a tall glass. The rolls were super dry.

Every time you give this branch a chance, it gets worse. I don’t know if the staff has ever been trained, given their level of incompetence. Slow service, incoherent communication, barely any etiquette, and forget the way they handle food and beverages. You can see them laughing and chilling ALL THE TIME and rarely do they bother to work. There is a remote order feature on the tables with a QR, but no one at the counter bothers to check those orders and you will keep sitting and waiting. The list of problems is endless. The management is either non-existent or sleeping or probably doesn’t care how a franchise is being ruined.

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews- this is probably my first one but I wanted to share my experience. Went to Love & Latte Lokhandwala branch with my colleague recently. My colleague and I ordered South Indian cold coffees (Filter coffee) - one with regular milk and one with oat milk. She also had the nachos with dips. That very night, both of us started feeling extremely uneasy and ended up with severe food poisoning. It’s been 5 days and we still haven’t fully recovered. Just sharing our experience so people can be careful and think twice before visiting.

I am a regular coffee shop goer. I used to go to L&L Versova than from 1 year I stopped and now I go to white lama villa at Lokhandwala. Yesterday I went to L&L Oshiwara. It was in such a bad state. Chocolate wrappers were fallen around. Tables were dirty. A group of people 10 people were conducting a meeting and very loud. It was so irritating. Please look at the cleanliness for Gods sake and don’t allow business meetings in cafe

I met harsh who assured me that hummus falafel is a good wrap...he gave me mayo instead ..when I spoke to him about it he was very rude and told me to do what I want ...is this the service and behaviour ..? ..very very surprised
