Loyka is such a cute, calming spot perfect for a dessert date. I tried quite a few things and honestly, everything hit. The Matilda cake was super indulgent with that warm chocolate pour (messy but worth it 😭). The Basque cheesecake was soft, creamy, and not too sweet—which I loved. The mango biscoff was a nice change from all the chocolate, very tasty and the combination was great. And the teddy mousse… cutest thing on the table 🧸 almost didn’t want to eat it, but it was super smooth and chocolatey. Nothing felt too heavy even after trying multiple desserts, which is rare. Overall, really good desserts + a pretty vibe. Would definitely go back 🤍

Had such a great experience at Loyka, Borivali! ✨ From the presentation to the taste, everything was just perfect. The Viral Teddy Mousse was rich, creamy, and melted in the mouth instantly 🧸🍫 The Mango Basque Cheesecake was absolutely a must-try smooth, creamy, and perfect for mango season 🥭✨ And the Tiramisu Shake had the perfect coffee kick with a rich, dreamy texture 🤎 Loved the ambience, quality, and overall experience. Definitely a spot every dessert lover should visit! 🍰

We tried some of their most popular desserts and honestly loved every bite. The Nutella Basque Cheesecake was super soft and creamy, the Mango Tres Leches was refreshing and full of mango flavour, and the Tiramisu had the perfect coffee kick. Their packaging is also premium and travel-friendly, making it a great option for takeaway or gifting.

The place is over crowded, staff was good enough to manage as much as they could The teddy bear mousse did not deliver in terms of being airy and light, and as it was being refrigerated, it did not feel fresh and didn’t have melt-in-the-mouth texture

Worst service experience at Loyka. We were patiently waiting in the queue and asked the attendant how long it would take. He informed us it would be around 5–7 minutes, which was completely fair. However, even after waiting nearly 10–15 minutes, people who arrived after us were given seats first. When we questioned this, the attendant casually replied that they were served first because they had already placed their order. The disappointing part is that nowhere was it mentioned, nor did any service staff inform or guide us that we needed to place an order before getting a seat. We were simply waiting assuming seating was based on the queue. The lack of communication, poor coordination, and careless attitude completely ruined our mood and the entire evening. Very disappointing service experience.
